A nice little platformer game, it definitely needs sound.

Really clean and fun platformer. The graphics are simple but very pleasing!

Can you please rate my game as well? Thank you :)

Overall a fun and pretty little platform game.

Nice take on a concept that was tried by many other entries: made me think of dissonance with those squares that show you the truth (the mirrors that gave you a breathing time in that entry). The game definitely needs some sound, at least music and a jump sound effect. The jump is a tad too short: you should make it longer and modular. Sometimes also if you are next to an edge and jump while trying to go against it, the rest of the jump's air control in that same direction doesn't work. You should also automatically move with platforms, it's very annoying. I like the visuals, very simple but give a nice atmospheric touch that would work great with, once again, audio. Menu is nice and simple. The game is too short however, it could have used a few more levels (with harder platforming challenges where a need for a higher, modular jump would really become apparent). Still a very nice entry, with an interesting one time reveal mechanic. I think you should explore more the avenue of levels that move around with a movement that somehow relates to the world that you are seeing. Maybe graying out the fake world when inside the reveal square would help players to make connections more easily when it relates to movement.
Good job!

Really fun, but pretty short and could have used some sound here is a good game sound generator you could use https://www.bfxr.net/

Really fun game here!  I love the "gaze" mode in the game and how you have to memorize your gaze.  I only wish there was music and sound.  Great job though!

Oh that's really wise. I love your puzzles, they are really creative.

Game is really well made, however I lacked music (if you missed time you could always try Ecrett, it's very simple).

Graphics are minimalistic and pretty. You could add just little particles while moving, it might give some magic touch to it.

While being in this reveal box, there should be a possibility to jump again so you leave it. As sometimes you wanted to just have a short glance.

Anyway, great submission :)

I like the concept! Very straightforward. My suggestions are: 1) improve the jumping physics, 2) player should move with the moving platform, 3) I don't see a point why the "reveal block" should disappear if the player can always restart the level, unless the level is really long. Shame that it doesn't have a music though... But overall, a solid game jam entry!

Please check out my game! I would love to hear your feedback and rating!

Great game but I don't like that you don't move with the platforms!

Amazing idea man, super cool and original, the logo is super appealing as well, the only thing lacking is the audio but you nailed everything else.

Interesting take on the hidden platforms/obstacles mechanic. My favourite level was the mirrored upside down level. Though, it would be nice if there was some sound. Also, if you walk offscreen at any of the starting points, the game sends you back a couple of levels (bug). Lastly, I would like to be able to exit out of the viewing square whenever I want.

I continue work the game even now, after the jam. I've fixed the error with going back a couple of levels and right now I'm adding some sounds.

Really nice game,  and the only thing missing in here is some audio but other than that it is really good.

And thanks for checking out my game!

This game is great! I love the concept!

There are two programmatic bugs that I noticed, but they are minor.

1. The player the player is up against a wall where you want to jump up on, the player gets stuck if you are pressing forward as you jump.

2. When on a moving platform, the player doesn't go along for the ride. It feels a little awkward that you need to inch the player along with the platform as it moves.

Again, this are minor issues that can always be worked out, so I'm not considering them when I rate your game. But I really like this game idea. If you plan on updating it or turning it into something bigger, please let me know.

Really nice job! :)

I'd love to hear your feedback on my game.

Good little entry! I didn't have too much problem with the invisible platforms, but it would definitely feel more natural if the cube would follow the platform automatically (tip: you can create a tag e.g. "MovingPlatform" and on your character's OnCollisionEnter, if the collider's tag is what you've set for moving platforms, parent it to the platform with transform.parent = [collider's transform]. Put the exact code for OnCollisionExit, but change the parenting part to transform.parent = null or transform.parent = [original parent])

If you've got some spare time, come try and rate my entry! It has 7 endings with a hilarious narrator. Worth checking out!

I agree with @maxletraxle The invisible mechanic is neat but it just gets too hard when, for example the moving platforms are invisible and you have to move yourself along them while having very little room for error.  Otherwise fun game!  Great job finishing!

I wish the platforms carried you with them! It'd be a HUGE quality of life thing to be able to hop out of the viewing square whenever you want, but overall a very cool idea!
