This was very good. The voice over was really good. I bought the emotion, and not gonna lie, you hit me hard with that ending. Very well done. There is a bug with the mouse not disappearing. It would move to my other monitor, so that took me out of the experience a few times. Loved the story, the gameplay was engaging. Great work!
Thanks:)
I guess I missed that, lack of playtesting lol :( gonna fix that after the jam result + will add more depth into the game.
Wow, the raw emotion in the narration really drives the mood and really sets the atmosphere, great work!
Thanks for the Feedback:)
Loved the storytelling in this! Super ambitious to have all those different minigames, but it worked well! good job!
thanks:)
I kept having to re-do the portal section, I was almost a few seconds short. Is there a button to run faster? The What Remains of Editch Finch-like mix of storytelling and gameplay is very appealling, well done.
Press and hold Shift to run faster
Thanks for the tip! I finished the game. What a moving tribute to man's best friend. Well done with the cutscenes, did you use CineMachine, Timeline or something else?
For the cutscenes, I used multiple Cameras in timeline, and in the gameplay I used Cinemachine.
Hmmm, it seems like somebody is cutting onions near me...
Wow, I never thought I could get so emotionally invested in a game that was made in a game jam! I really, REALLY wanted to catch that thief. And the ending is very poignant. I'm really impressed at how you put cutscenes and special animation sequences into the game - that's something I haven't done much of myself yet, so I'm astonished that you were able to do so much of it!
I too have not use much of Timelines in any of my games. That was completely new for me too... Glad you liked the game :)
Very sad game :( it is amazing this was made in 48 hours, the animation and controls were amazing.
Thanks :)
A sad game but nice. The controls and animations were good, though the thief was a little bit too fast (I was able to cut him off on corners though!).
thank you;:)
this game if fun and sad at the same time.
For a 48h i find it astonishing, great work
thanks for the feedback
Wow, very ambitious to do your own voice overs and implement so many game mechanics in such a short time, you are very talented! I would have benefited from the controls being introduced, but I did manage to figure them out fairly quickly as they are at least standard controls. Be that as it may, I think this game has great potential if you want to work on it in the long run and polish it!
Thanks a lot for the feedback.. I wanted to add the "How to Play" section and more cutscenes/story into the game, but due to only 48 hours, I was not able to implement the lot of things. Moreover the guy, who I thought will do the voice over get sick so I had to do all the task alone..
I shouldn't have gone with such a long game with only 48 hours in hand lol:)
i liked the game its very emotive, but idk what part of the game is the "one rule" theme
The dog had only one rule in his life,to keep his human happy and he thinks he eventually failed.
Incredible game! I like it so much. Good job.
Thank you for the feedback :)
Incredible! Thank you so much for making this.
Glad you liked the game :)
Wonderful game, the music, artstyle are nice and but the emotions it evokes is what makes it truly great!
Thanks a lot for the feedback :)
Good Game. The animations and artstyle was cool!
Thanks for the Feedback:)
Beautiful game! The thief is too fast though, it's a bit tricky to catch him. Props on the voice acting
Thanks a lot! I agreed with thief part, it was done at the last moment lol :( Although the thief's path remains the same, so you can observe and catch him.
