Awesome presentation, intro, mood. Good gamplay! This is very very solid, had fun with it!

Developer

Thanks for playing!

Really liked the overall look and feel of the game - it played very well and looked really polished. The introduction was really impressive and set the scene very well.

Good entry!

Developer

Thanks! There was probably too much effort put into the presentation but glad to see it didn't go unnoticed.

Very nice game, the overall aesthetic really gives the running man feel to it.

Developer(+1)

Thank you for playing! Yeah Running Man was a heavy inspiration for this.

This was awesome! The cutscenes, the graphics, the premise. I got some Running Man vibes here, very cool!

Developer

Running Man was exactly what we were going for lol. I'm glad you liked it, thanks for playing!

Cool game and executuion, I liked the lighting effects, especially as they seemed to be kinda tile based, very unique. Oh, and the crowd at the start...nice!

Developer

Thanks. There's an argument to be made that more effort could have gone into the gameplay and less into the crowd and intro... but I'm not making it!

"running man... but its a dungeon crawler"

Developer

Exactly what we were going for ;)

Nice volume slider! The presentation and story is great. Nice music!

I like the tv style of the  gameplay, but the left bit of the screen probably shouldn't just be used for knobs.

The stamina mechanic doesn't really make sense to me, it just meant I had to stand still for a while when it ran out. But, overall, great game!

Developer

Yeah I agree. Originally I was going to do something with the left side of the screen but ran out of time. Stamina was just an effort to make it more tactical, but hey, you live and learn. Thanks for playing!

I really love the game! I too agree with better controls. I actually have the same keys attached to movement, but I don't constrain movement to one press at a time. It is really cool tho.

Developer

Thanks for the kind words. I'll have to put the controls down to lesson's learned for next time.

Incredible presentation. As a commenter said below, controls could be improved. Other than that, a solid entry!

Developer

Yeah we really leaned on that presentation as our selling point here lol. As far as controls, it's just one of those things; I'll know better next time. Thanks for playing!

A very strong entry. Turn-based gameplay on a timer (similar to Dragon Slayer) is something you rarely see today.

Strong presentation, gameplay is simple but engaging.

Developer

That covers about everything we were aiming for, thanks for playing!

An amazing production. So well put together! I had great fun playing it. I wish for improved controls though. I would like the arrow keys left/right to turn instead of strafe and then delete+page down have strafe instead. Even better if numpad keys could be use for movement too. 4+6 strafe, 7+9 turn.

Developer

ah sorry, I added the arrow keys as an afterthought and completely forgot about turning. You live and learn, thanks for the feedback!

cool intro :)

Developer

Thanks!
