I got lost in the dark. But I got out! Well not in the game but from it. All I found in there were darkness. I feel sad and alone. Solitude.

Developer

You have depression now????

Good start.
Nice how the flashlight gets weaker as the battery gets low.
I guess by virtue of not being able to escape, the game embodies Infinity and Solitude quite well.

Developer

I guess it does

Hey man how are you? Long time no see! You got gridbased movement right and flashlight running out of battery is a cool touch. I think you entered the jam a day before the deadline. Currently this is just a prototype but  i think it's still a feat to achieve this much in a day.

Developer

yeah I forgot to join the jam lmao

I like the idea of a battery of flashlight.

I've moved around the map, but I'm not sure if there are any places or enemies that can be interacted with or not yet implemented.

Developer

we did make enemies and spikes and stuff and they were finished but we had got some errors jsut before the deadline so we had to take them out

Thats a nice flashlight effect and movement looks okay.

Could be a good foundation.

Developer

thank you so much for your feedback

Movement's good, the amount of light you get based on the ratio of battery feels right too.

Developer

thnx for playing

LOST IN THE DARKNESS

Too few lollipops.

Disappoint.

Not quite sure what I was supposed to be doing, but running about with a torch that would fail seemed to be all of it?

Developer

the game was supposed to have enemies and better but we had some erros and stuff. Thanks for playing tho

Solid smooth movement base, but there is just to little there. At least fix the clipping of the flashlight into the walls, as this is the main attraction at the moment.

Developer

We will fix it. Thanks for your feedback

This is a solid base that should be expanded on. Movement was good, appreciated the fact that if you hold key down it's continuous and the flashlight going dimmer the less battery it has is a nice touch. I see there's an attack and health, but I didn't find anything to fight just yet.

EDIT: oopsie, initially posted the wrong comment for a different game. That's what I get for having so many open tabs.

Developer

the game originally did have enemies but we had some errors at the last second so we had to scrap that part

It's a good start, the movement feels good! I appreciate the rotation being on Q and E and turning on A and D, feels better than the alternative

Developer

thank you! Your game was really good.

Thanks, I'm glad you liked it! Hope you leave a rating :)

Developer

Yeah I am going to

Host(+1)

It is, as you said, very unfinished. It's a good start though.

Tip: Q and E should be rotate, and A and E strafe :)

Developer

hmm. Thanks for your feedback
