I have to agree with the other posts, but good job getting a 3D game up in 48 hours.
There's not too much to say that hasn't already been said, but I'd polish up the menus / thumbnail of the game. the MS Paint looking thumbnail had kept me from checking out the game for most of the jam. Plus the in-game menus could have had some neat decorations, though I understand the limitations of the 48 hour jam. Nice work.

half of the time I couldn't tell what ability i was using. The other half I was wondering why I couldn't aim. good attempt, but I would suggest you let the user do more than boost the tower and watch the zombie attack, like place turrets themselves, or simply aim.

I would say its interesting. However i didnt see the Theme in your game. The game was also really easy, you only have to spam all the Buttons. I think you should do some Basic Color Theory this would make the game look a lot better. Still good job for 48 hours :)
