fun cute game :)
A good game for kids, could be a good NES version with the physical release.
The reading was a bit tiresome, and I was an avid reader in primary school, well, I would be bored a bit. The tone of the game is friendly enough already, I think.
The town theme is too intense. In my opinion, all music should be slowed down for the chill effect: I see no point in gloriolising the gig economy for the primary schooler
And a final nitpick, no dollar-counting variable is an unease.
From the first seconds this was one of my favorites. I really like the color palettes, the cute small but expressive sprites, happy and friendly atmosphere helping others around town and especially the music in this.

This game without a doubt has the best music of the whole game jam. Every single track is a banger. Robotmeadows created the music in LSDj, right? I need to have a look at that programme, too. How did you import the music into GB Studio?

This game was so cute. The sprites and the colors were very cozy. The quests really make you visit every last corner of the town. The menus and the map were well thought out too. Great work!

This was so adorable!! Thank you for sharing! It gave me memories of riding my bike all around my hometown as a kid! Also amazing music by robotmeadows! I would love to play more if you decide to expand it!

I really like this game, it’s simple but it hit all the right notes for me. The puns in the shop names, graphics (the map and the riding bike animation were my favourites) and the colours you picked for your palette were so great, so was the music. It all added to the enjoyment of the game. I hope you make more games.
