Movement is solid and everything is learnable in the context of the game. The game starts with introducing mechanics like a trampline and then the next level utilises is more. Then the level with the rain came, where i learned to shield against the rain with the slime. The next level was practically the same , with a mushroom at the end , that somehow did nothing(?). After reading the comment section of your Jam Page I edited this part and found time to play that last level (the wind level) again, since I also got that softlock. If not for that, the idea with the leaf was pretty good and fun. I certainly think if you stick to a full game, you would manage to use different gameplay mechanics and make interesting puzzles with it.

Thanks a lot! :)
Great concept! I think the leaf mechanics could really need some explanation. Everything else was pretty easy to understand. Did you use palette swaps for the rain, or how did you do that?
Yes, i used palette swaps for the rain ( and the glowing orbs in the wall, too). Since i found out this works without any slowdown, i try to implement it as often as i can 😅
That' great to know. Haven't really looked into palette swaps for specific areas yet. I should really give this a try myself 👍
very, very cute! i have a soft spot for slimes (seeing as my sona is one, too!), so this was a treat! in the wind level, though, i let go of the leaf to see what happens and i got myself stuck haha - could let it fall if no player attached? or have reset level options - but other than that, was a lovely little game - i really loved the graphics and the levels!!
i'll give it another go to play until the end after i've voted on all the games!! thanks again for sharing and wonderful job!!!
This is really cute!
Thank you :)
Was really impressed with it. The graphics are cute, the levels have a really nice flow to them. Really well made. I managed to kind of brute force my way through the rain level but I'm glad I got to see the end (charming end screen).
As someone who also made a submission where the goal of the game is to pick up and carry your friend, I loved how much more elegant your mechanics were compared to what I came up with. Really inspiring. Good job !
Fits the theme perfectly! Very cool concepts for mechanics, they work well. Always love a good carrying objects mechanic. Would love to see more complex levels made with them!
I like the bouncing and team work.
Aw man, this is so cute! The picking up items mechanic is pretty cool, all things considered. Though the fifth level was definitely a handful with having to constantly move the two items at the same time. Nice job!
Very nice game! I like the puzzle platforming and the mechanic of lifting and putting down. Unfortunately ran into the same problem as Johndo21.
Great puzzle game. I'm stuck at the level I'm sending you a picture of, I have nothing left to take, and I can't do anything, a button to reset the scene might be a good idea, so I don't get stuck :)
Yeah, unfortunately you can get softlocked in this level which i realized way to late after submitting. The problem is that the spring will vanish if it hits the wind stream (which it shouldnt). You rather jump to the tree and take the leaf to follow the slime in the wind stream and end the stage.
I will fix it after the gamejam is over 🥲
Nice mechanics! Loved that you can pick and move the characters and the pick animation looks good too!
Thanks a lot :)
Thank You! :)
Great interpretation of the theme. I enjoyed the animations and mechanics, sound and music great stuff. Congratulations. For a bit of polish, I found when I messed up, there could have been a level restart.
Pretty fun game (except for that one level with the rain and the mushroom). Might be a weird thing to highlight, but the spring bouncing physics felt really good.
Thank you.
Yeah, i think letting this level in the game may be a mistake in hindsight ^^;
But this was my first gamejam, and i wanted to put much stuff into it as possible and put always some new stuff in the levels, too :o
A lot of fun! I like the art a lot and the mechanics are great too.
Thank you very much :)
So cute and super fun! I loved every second!
Thanks :)
