I think I had a couple of issues with the game, like the map being fully discovered from the very beginning. I watched the gameplay video and it should have been filled with the fog of war.
It was hard to understand what to do first due to the lack of any tooltips, but little tutorial text on the game page helped to get me going. I also watched a video after I played the game to make sure I got the things right.
I like the unit evolution idea. The music sounds fitting. It’s always great to see an RTS submission. :D
Thanks for your feedback. The tutorial has always been the weakest part of my games, I'll try to fix that :).
I am a big fan of Blizzard and Starcraft. Really happy to see one submission of RTS based on the concept of Starcraft under the theme of SCALE. Hope the continuous development and update of this game. Really good thoughts!
Thank you for feedback! I’m very glad to see fans of Blizzard and their games here at the jam x)
I love RTS's and was excited to see one submitted, but couldn't get it to work. The buttons are misplaced and don't work when clicked for me on Chrome/Mac – or maybe I'm misunderstanding how to play? Either way, congrats on submitting, and hope you continue to build on it in the future!
I'm very sorry that this problem arose. I'll see what I can do about this. Thanks for your feedback!
The individual elements of the game are cool, but it's also obviously a situation of having some overly ambitious scope. I'd love to see what you could make with a more limited scope.
Yes, I thought that I would have more time and set my sights on the story campaign, but there was much less free time after school, and my comrades joined the project very late. In general, I absolutely agree with your opinion :)
The game creates quite a good athmosphere with the sound and music you picked. But the units are a bit misplaced in the bottom screen.
Thank you very much for your feedback! Me and Dinko just tried to make the music sound atmospheric. It took some time, but I think it was worth it, although it would have been even more if I had called Dinko earlier. Only after the middle of the jam did I assemble a full team with whom I worked together.
Your game is quite stylish. I also tried using lighting in 2D Unity projects, it looks sooooo beautiful.
I hope you continue to develop this game, I can certainly see its potential! Well done!
Thanks for the comment! Your puzzle is great!
Pretty cool that you made an RTS for a jam, that's very difficult in such a short time-frame! Nice tunes as well. Would be great to see this updated :)
Thanks for the comment, I'm very flattered, especially considering that your game is 3 heads higher. ;)
Having played this game, I can say that this is a very interesting project that can be developed.
I'll think about continuing the project... Thank you for your rating! ;d
