GREAT GAME!!

Not bad at all. A little polish and you'd have a decent little infinite runner type game.

I just don’t have the reflexes anymore, too old. Got a max score of 30. I’m glad nobody was watching me play :-) Fun tho’

The instant challenge game! Can it become a geometry dash sucessor?

Submitted(+1)

Woah really challenging. Took me a few tries to figure out things. Having the enemy blue is really confusing for some reason. I enjoyed the speed of the game.

Figuring out what to do took a while, but the I got a high enough score. Ui was a bit small for me, and fullscreen didnt increase the viewport size, but overall an interesting design for a game!

Well, I gave it the ol' college try at least.

After playing multiple times I finally understand how all of the mechanics and items work and affect gameplay. Mostly if a bit of the UX (different colors seems to mean nothing, only shapes, etc) and some of the rules were both tweaked then I think it would be much more fun.

Also I think there is something weird with slowing down and speeding up. I get that when you get more power storage from the items you go faster but once you slow down sometimes nothing seems to speed you up again. Also, there seems to be a fine balance between how much storage you hold and can deposit in city power without losing.

Overall pretty great idea, just the implementation is a bit lacking. Congrats on the game and submitting it too though! Nice implementation of the leaderboard :)

Thanks for the feedback!
I tried to do varying enemies by color but I kinda ran out of time so scrapped it
The max out city power was intentional as I wanted players to have an extra layer of strategy when collecting power capsules and collliding with enemies to lose power stored, although I realize now that it was not obvious in any way so I'll tweak that XD
Thanks for pointing out the speedup bug too, didn't even realize that even existed XD
I'll fix that in next updates after the jam
Thanks and hope you play the future updates!

The UI was cut off for me and it was a bit hard to understand what the different shapes meant. Liked the concept and the design though!

Thanks for the feedback!
Not sure whats up with the UI but I suggest trying fullscreen mode
I will try and explain the game better in the description

Way hard to even get started as the character is at the center of the screen instead of on the left which results that objects appear and reacting them is a really bummer.

Thanks for the feedback!
There will be a future update (after the jam voting ends) to address this issue, kinda ran out of time at the end.
Hopefully, you play the updated version and give more feedback, thanks.
