Congrats bixarrio and ANRQAngel! Great game and a well-deserved winner!
Thank you!
Thank you
congrats guys! Very good game and the updates really helped alot!
Following you to see what you come up with next!
Thank you!
Thank you!!
Great stuff! Everything is really polished. And stylish!
I only missed some tweaks from classic point-and-click games like skipping the animations when double-clicking on an exit, just in case you’d like to add them post-jam.
Thank you for playing, we consider this one done.. But we'll certainly implement the double-click feature in Bucky's next adventure, which we are already planning, and it won't be a jam game..
ohhh god! that's amazing!!! i love it, colors, sound, THE DOGGGG barkng...
Good job!
Thank you for playing
Nice job! Awesome noir game, the atmosphere is spot on with the visuals and audio. And now because of you I want to make a noir-style game :D
Thank you for playing! Glad it inspired you.
Absolutely love everything about this, very well done and cant wait to see what else you do with it. Thanks for watching me play it on the live stream.
Thanks for playing it, and the feedback! It was good seeing someone without the meta knowledge play it. I made some notes and are looking to improve a few things.
PS. If you play it again (for the post-credits cutscene), also check out the Audio Settings. It’s one of my favorite parts in the game!
Will do, cant wait to see what else you make. I really like these style of games
What can I say? Amazing... The mood, art and gameplay are really spot on!
Just for fun I took a peek at the code, I think it's really well done.
Good work!
Thank you for playing, we're glad you enjoyed it
Beautiful, with a wonderful atmosphere and great soundtrack.
I can only complain about that swinging light bulb in the shed, if I hadn't seen a comment that you can turn on the light there, I would probably never have guessed :) But I'm not very skilled at point & clicks.
Besides that, from my side - only admiration. Please continue this work!
Thank you for playing, we're glad you enjoyed it. It is specifically for that room that we added the brightness adjuster..
Yes, it can be that I set everything too dark :) I always struggle with that :D
this is really amazing.
Thank you for playing, we're glad you enjoyed it
This is a really great and polished submission! I really enjoyed the ambience the music and the theme - it gives off a very clean experience overall.
If there is anything I can add, is the inventory switching - it currently does not support direct switching of item but I'm sure you already had that in mind for future iteration :)
Great job you guys and great game!
Thank you for playing and thank you for the feedback. Glad you enjoyed it.. I think we'll try and add the inventory swapping in the follow up.
Wonderful game! Beautiful and fully fleshed out, I am amazed you did this in just two weeks!
Thank you for playing, we're glad you enjoyed it
One little bug I found... First time in the office with the painting I could walk into the desk.
And the online version definitely needs to be set to allow full screen mode. (oh right, where are offline builds? ;) )
Thanks for the feedback! Ooh, the desk. Damnit 😣
We didn’t set the web build to full screen because we’ve always had issues with the UI not scaling correctly, or UI elements sitting in weird spots. We were really proud of what we did with this game and didn’t want to screw it up with weird UI.
I will take a little look and see if I can get the UI to behave and maybe upload a version that allows full screen.
And there are no offline builds for the same reason.
We added full screen and a standalone build. Just for you 😋
Also fixed the desk
Final minor nitpick: For the standalone version the main menu lacks a "Quit" option ;)
My standalone Linux build is there for you to grab and put on your page at https://heckert.itch.io/gamejam-linux-builds
Lovely game. mood, music, visuals, everything were great and very impressive for 2 weeks. great job.
Thank you!
