Nice choice for this jam. Some of the freaky potential future concepts were pretty fascinating. The way it ended was just perfect.

Cool game! Took a quick turn to the dark side, and I like how the ambience changed when this happened. I noticed at some point in the beginning the agent's text was cut off at the bottom, and I had to scroll down a bit to finish reading. Great entry though, keep it up!

I wanted to use the joystick or press some buttons.  :/   Agent Smith didnt like me and I got booted from eTernal.  Knew I didnt like that guy.  Would be nice if I could have typed in the replies or was able to plead more for my case!  More ways to interact!

I really loved this game! (I felt a little called out in my procrastination habits though... not registering for a new life until I'm about to die is totally something I would do IRL). Overall, a really good game. I thought it fit the theme very well and your emphasis on a clean UI was really clear. One thing I wish I could change is make the manual scroll rate faster. Some of the agent's dialogue popped up too quick to read and scrolling up felt a little sluggish.  I would love to see a version where you get rebirthed and then the next time you play, the choices you made in the first game impact the dialogue the second time around. That would probably be a bit tricky and involve lots of writing, but I think it would make the game feel more dynamic. But again, I really loved the concept and enjoyed experiencing the story!

You're right. Sometimes the dialogue spams the screen. Maybe a slider that controls the speed or a "Continue" button would improve the experience. I'm glad you enjoyed the game. Thank you for your kind words and encouragement.

Interesting way of telling a story.

There isn't much happening on the screen, but it was pretty entertaining. You could probably have built to Web too. Definitely would add more visibility to the project!

Good game!

Hi there, we don't accept unitypackages as source. This is because unitypackages don't include project or editor settings. Please reupload your source so that it contains the Assets, Packages, and ProjectSettings folders. It should look similar to this when done: https://github.com/icepol/DeathIsOnlyTheBeginning

Reuploaded as a zip file including the directories you mentioned. Thank you.
