The game was funny and simple, we've liked the mechanics, nice job! :)
Good prototype. If you work further on the game, you will be able to make a full-fledged game.
Congratulations!
Nice simple game, if there would be gravitational pull during the ovement and also possible sling like when the shit is in orbit that would be awesome.
Good job.
Thank you! That was in the initial plan, but we run out of time and had to compromise.
With a bit more polish this could be an exellent phone/tablet game!
I was having some trouble in the beginning because I kept wanting to stop myself somewhere in the middle of space and I was avoiding using the reset button. But once I started using the reset button more liberally I was able to get much further. And once I learned about the technique of using closer planets as a sort of reset point I was able to get to any planet pretty consistently. :). I got up to 48 I think :)
Simple and fun, the music was a little repetitive but other than that its a good submission.
Really nice concept using planet as a hook. I enjoyed slinging around instead go to the objectives. haha
Great concept. Simple but effective. Would love to see a greater variety of planets and levels.
I really love the idea of this game. It's so simple, but the slingshot mechanic, and the feeling of pulling the virtual slingshot back to launch the ship, is so viscerally satisfying. I do wish you had more of a sense of what you were aiming for offscreen--I didn't know how to use the minimap, and without a sense of the obstacles it all felt a little random. My personal preference would have been for something like space mini-golf, where you have to line up your shot to take advantage of the gravity of other planets and avoid obstacles. BUT, still fun and a really strong idea with a fun core mechanic.
The music changing pace with oxygen is fantastic! Great mechanics. I was really interested in playing. Great job!
Nice gameplay, simple but fun
I like how the music ramps up when your oxygen is low. Nice solid game.
Thumbs up for your game! I've left a rating. Can you try my game and leave a rating too? Thanks!
Cool control concept. I got stuck on the corner of the boundary one time. Love the music.
Music was great, and I liked the Aesthetic, would have liked to steer more, but a really nice concept
Interesting concept, but i wish we could steer, even if only so little - or perhaps make orbits bigger, make them draw your ship closer from distances - they would be your steering
Pretty cool concept. It was nice and simple. I think you should’ve made the music “DontDestroyOnLoad” so it wouldn’t repeat every time you finish a level. Overall, good job!
That's a pretty good suggestion, thank you!.
Nice mechanics, but got stuck in the corner of the map. The orbiting was surprising and the gameplay was fun overall. Good job! (Ghio)
Yes, there's a slight chace for that to happen, did you use the unstuck button?.
Nice concept. Was a bit confused what was supposed to happen after you were fired in a direction, but I guess you were supposed to reset if you missed. Good job getting your game done.
Ahh! I really wish I could steer! At least a little bit, to course correct. It's a bit frustrating having to wait around for the slingshot ability to come back. Other than that, I liked it when I got caught in a planet's gravity well and started orbiting. I'd continue down that mechanic more if you keep developing this fresh idea.
That's a pretty good idea, I'd love to add a fuel meter for minor adjustments.
