Fun little demo! How did you make the tendrils and the boss move so fluidly?? Super cool.
As others have mentioned the lag before jumping or shooting is quite noticeable. Good start, love to see where it goes and what the audio sounds like.
Thank you for playing, and nice review. Will improve the faulty movement and aiming, ill add the sound and make the boss to fight back. And will close this demo. No plans to develop more, yet.
but how did you do the tendrils?? I can't figure it out :)
Animations, plenty of tools out there, animator photoshop, after effect, dragon bones.....loads of them.
Love the art, so jealous of people who can make such beautiful things. The rest of the game is quite short and rough around the edges. I had a lot of problems hitting the enemies. The enemies are very fast and your projectiles move very slowly which makes it hard to predict where the enemy will be once your paper place reaches them. I had to spam the attack to get any progress :P

Noted faster bullets, aiming yes have a lag before launching the paper plane, and that give a bad aiming. Ill fix that in next game. Thank you for playing.
Wow, the art style is so cool! A little extra work on the sound and the boss AI would make this game so much more enjoyable. Good job overall!

I have aslo realized that the "premise" of the game is almost the same of my game: after going to sleep the character finds himself in his dreams :-)

The game is pretty good, we appreciate that the game was made in all parts from the team. You need to fix some parts like the boss attack and add some music as you said in your description, but the combact dinamic was very particular to be a game developed in only ten days. Congratulations to you, it seems be a very nice game, continue the development!
Agree, i chose a to advanced mechanics, all item created had their own script, i could not reuse them. All code is done from zero. No copy paste.

LOVE your art style and animations! I appreciate the Cthulhu-ness of your boss, and thank you for adding in save checkpoints and not sending to the beginning! Really fun, glad the boss didn't fight back because he looked like he would be very hard to defeat if attacking, and even so, he parried my attacks quite well! Really liked the concept, and again, fantastic art!
Next update will fight back, will not be something hard, will just make player move, insted of stay and shoot. Thank you fir kind words, artists are so happy to see such a good review. ;)

I went to the end which is unusual for me with a platform game but the boss didnt attack?

Pretty good, but I feel that the character should be a bit faster, and there should be sound and music
