Super fun game! I really liked the lemonade stand reload mechanic and it was rewarding to play around. I even defeated the big bad red ducky but then fell to the eventually onslaught after that. Great work!
funny little defender game.
A cool intro scene, though I think playing some music during it would go a long way.
Strong pixel art and effective mechanics. Great work!
Wow that intro scene is awesome. This game also has a boss fight. I am bad at boss fights. but there is some great art, some great music. the polish is well done. Great job!
Had fun playing your game. Liked the intro story! The shooting was challenging, especially once the boss arrived.
This was a really polished entry! Between the quack sound and "Fluffing A Duck" music, the whole thing felt like playing a meme XD
This game definitely needs more plays and ratings. Great job!
I cant understand how this has only had 2 ratings. It's a really fantastic and complete game and honestly one of the better ones Ive rated. I'd say in my top 5 and I'm approaching 40 games rated now. I killed 85 ducks including the big bad red duck. Ambiance is fantastic - loved your use of lighting in the game. Mechanics were great - shooting and movement were solid, but the collectibles to create more ammo was really great. I loved the UI - far better than the vast majority of jam games, and the story writing was also really solid, and relatively exceptional. If you posted this to a site like poki.com (if they'd publish it, which they probably would as they have a lot worse games on there) you could probably make some money out of it. Awesome experience.
Great story on why it's the last lemonade stand. Made me laugh.
Right now the file is the play in browser version, so on the itch page on the download click "This file will be played in the browser".
Totally forgot I switched versions. I updated the page to play in the browser now.
Really enjoyed your take on this concept! The shooting mechanic is fun, especially when the big duck comes along! The music doesn't loop which is a shame, had to play most of it without any sound, and the explosion sound when the duck hits the stand is incredibly loud, but I overally I really enjoyed it! Good work!
Thanks, I appreciate it. I uploaded a new build with looping music and turned down the explosion. I had to cut my development short due to vacation so I have limited access here. I will be sure to play your game as soon as I am home.
