Move with LEFT and RIGHT Arrow keys. Jump with the UP arrow key. Absorb / Shoot with SPACEBAR. This was extremly challenging for me beeing it that Ive studied C# and Unity for less then 4 months (i believe) at the moment but it also was very rewarding. Special thanks should go to my Girlfriend that supported me during the creation of the game providing Energy Drinks when needed xD I'm sorry I didn't have the time for more detailed art and animations or for Bug Fixing.. Definitly Too many bugs in the "finished" product :(

This was fun! I really liked the art, the animations were nice. I love the idea of absorbing enemies to fire at other ones, it would be fun if certain enemies could only be defeated by certain shot types :) For short time working with Unity this was a great jam game :) Nice work, keep it up!
I tought the exact same and in fact... I also did implementa it. At the beginning it was working correctly and I had water bullets going trough fire enemies while wood bulletts didn't even destroy them... but for some reason after i added all enemies and all bullets (and all the code)... it just stpped working. Theorerically the code for it is there.. it just does not work... and I had no time to find out why during jam time:(
nice little game.
thanks :)
Loved the game once I got used to the controls. I'm not used to jumping with the up arrow.
I also enjoyed being able to have more than one arrow at a time. Overall very enjoyable with lots of potential if you wanted to do more to it. For example, I'd love to know what I have in my quiver.
Thanks for your entry!
I am glad you enjoyed it. Thanks a lot for your feedback :)
nice
glad you like it :)
This gave me Kirby vibes! Loved the art, did you make it? I would play with level layout, you could stand in certain spots and just spam space bar.
Yep I did the art myself but it's not really detailed due to time constraints. I'm glad you enjoyed my little prototype tho ^^ Yeah i've been aware of that from AFTER the Jam ended cause my son actually exploited it just in front of me and I was liek "damn... " xD
Cool idea!
Pretty easy tho. You can stay under one platform press space rapidly and win.
Pretty creative use of the concept.
yes. Easy.. perhaps a little Boeing in the long run. But since i've started c# and unity very little time ago and this was also my first jam.. mi goal was just to create a prototype dor one game mechanic. Then I made it "resemble" a game ^^'' I'm sorry if this seemed too easy to you . I'll be' sure to improve and submit better games in the future:)
Really enjoyed this! The enemies had cute little eyes that were very endearing! Easy to understand and fun to play!
Really glad you liked it! :D Thanks!
Really good animation and idea, i have only 4 months of unity? dude you are awesome, the game is amazing.
Thank you :) I'm really glad you enjoyed it ^^
Only 4 months of learning Unity? That's amazing! Is the art made by you too? Because that's cool too. The only thing, as you've said, is the gameplay, it's a bit repetitive but overall a great game, keep it up!
Thank you for your positive feedback! :)
and yes, about 3 to 4 months learning C# and Unity. The art was made by me also (I've studied Pixel art and Videogame Storytelling/writing before dedicating myself to Unity.. will add soundtrack creation in the future). Graphic could have been better but I did my best to keep it simple because of the time constraints. Since my goal is to become an Indie in the future I decided to enter this solo to test myself and see how I improved in these monhths of studying :)
My goal for this, beeing my very first Jam and with only 2 days of time, was to create a prototype of one single game mechanic.. So yeah.. I tought it could have been repetitive and perhaps boring at a certain point.. but i'm quite happy I at least managed to make it "seem" like a game :)
That's a bright future you have ahead! I think you'll achieve your goals in no time
I'm not that positive about the "in no time" part.. but I thank you from the bottom of my hearth for the encouragment :)
That is interesting idea!
Thanks! I'm really glad you liked it :)
It is actually a really cool game ! You can definitely upgrade it later to make it a full game !
Thank you.. I'm really glad you like it, I tought the repetitive gameplay would make it kind of boring ^^'''
Haha nice! I liked how you shoot back out the things you absorbed!
thank you :) my goal was to create a simple prototype of a game mechanic... did my best to make it at least seem like a real fame.. so I'm really glad you enjoyed that mechanic :)
i tried your game , very nice
I'm glad you enjoyed it :)
Nicely done!
Thanks. I'm glad you like it :)
