Congratulations on your first jam! This was a lot of fun and the reverse health bar is a very neat aspect too. I love the cookies too, funny little addition. Well done!
Thanks. This is not only my first jam, but also my first game. I felt that doing a game jam helped me to become better at planning game ideas in a short time.
Well then congratulations on your first game too! That's definitely a good idea, I've been doing the same thing this year to also work on getting better at planning/completing projects.
solid entry. it’s very satisfying to destroy all the file. but it could get a bit harder over time. nice soundtrack.
Really nice music and sound effects! Felt nice to play. In the future would be cool to add a couple more features to the player or powerups! Nice job :)
This is extremely cool! Great sound effects and creative idea. It could be a little bit harder but it's a very nice experience overall. Good job!
I know that there more than 4 colors in the game. I tried to fix it, like disabling smoothing and using bitmap only fonts. But despite all of this, the issue still persisted and the deadline was approaching. So I had to leave it there, and I am considering to make a post-jam version of the game using another engine. Anyways, thanks for the feedback.
That would be cool to see. Please also consider rating my game :)
Simple and effective little game, I liked the way you used the Secondary Theme !
Fun little game! Loved the art and gameboy feel.
Thanks! It's my first jam, by the way.
