How does your game meet GBJam's theme?
You are a parasite navigating flesh labyrinths, i think that can be spooky for some people.

It respects the resolution and 4 colours of the gameboy.

Very atmospheric, beautiful color palette and soundtrack, makes it immersive. I felt isolated in the vastness. Somewhat reminded me of Axiom Verge.

I appreciate the choice of jump as core mechanic that shooting mechanic revolves around. You have to plan and make calculated jumps, while shooting to eliminate the enemies/obstacles. Would be an interesting challenge when there are bunch of enemies trying to kill you, while you have to make precision movement and jumps, at the same time hitting the enemies.

What a lovely parasite, I wanted him to evolve into a full blown parasite and navigate inside the flesh labyrinth becoming one entity.

Great effort, good work!

That was fun! The atmosphere and soundtrack are perfectly bleak and lonely. The landscapes are somewhat barren, but the character art is creepy and charming. I like the movement on the parasite: complex without being too complicated. I particularly like how it shoots in circles while spinning in the air.

The resolution inside the actual game seems a bit too large. That might only be an error on my end.

All-in-all, good work!

The controls were fun to mess around with, was very curious about the world/lore of the universe for the croissant creature, especially with the ending, leaves me curious and wanting more.

I enjoyed it a lot, I loved the jumping mechanic and how the main character looks!
