How does your game meet GBJam's theme?
Ghost in the Machine is a chilling puzzle adventure perfect for the Spooky Game Jam. It blends steampunk and the supernatural, putting you in the role of a Ghost haunting a mansion. Your ghostly mission? Scare off those pesky visitors trying to snap a picture of you! Use cunning traps, eerie machines, and even that old phonograph to outsmart them at every turn. Each level will test your logic and reflexes as you navigate this immersive digital ghost story. Do you have the wits to be the ultimate Ghost in the Machine?

I love the comic book inspired tutorial screen and all of your death/menu art. Very well done.

Awesome Graphics! For some reason the game wouldn't work for me with a keyboard, but I found a controller and it worked!

Thanks for the information about the controls. It may have detected a gamepad as gamepad has been overwriting the keyboard. There is a known bug or two there that should be fixed next update.

Nice game concept, with very cool graphic. The dropping down mechanic felt clunky but apart from that movement felt smooth :)

The art syle is really cool, especially the intro, but I had to refresh a couple of times because of the timeout on the tutorial. I'd suggest moving on at the press of a button. Also the gameplay was a little bit confusing, but overall the idea is nice

Yeah, we need to set it to a button press, for sure. We'll work on the UI too after the jam to make the gameplay more clear. Thank you for the feedback!
