The options menu doesn't work for me.

This game is really good. Good graphics and sounds.

Good job!

The first time I tried the game the graphics were all glitched up and I wondered if it was intentional. Restarting fixed it. Anyway, great game, real solid, and the music is sweet.

awesome game! I really like the ship designs and overall graphics style. Creative alt-fire option and variety of enemies. The ingame music sets the tone well and the title screen music is epic. It's too bad there's no sfx in this version, but it looks like you're adding that post-jam?

Wow, thank you all so much for the comments. This is the first thing I have ever uploaded for anyone else to play and your comments encourage me to do more.

Awesome graphics, music and gameplay! Had a blast! This felt the closest to a real gameboy game that I have played so far! Good job!

Very nice looking game! I included it in my compilation video series of all of the GBJam 5 games, if you'd like to take a look :)

Short, but really neat. Would be amazing to make use of that alt fire mechanic in the future.

Nice little shmup: neat, simple & refined. I'd like to play more levels & more challenging bosses!

Not a bad bullet hell shooter. I like the drone behavior and the clean graphics.

Great submission! The music is high energy and on point with the pace of the gameplay. The variety of shooting is fun and lets you experiment with what works best in certain situations. I do wish there was a background to show more movement. Controls are tight and responsive. The art is well down and the animations are fluid. I had a blast playing it!

Oh wow, I thought this was just awesome! The whole experience is really intense, and when those large turret ships started coming, it sealed the deal even further. I really like the hero's ship design, but everything looks really slick and clear. And the music!

Well done.
