Really fun idea and well implemented! I am terrible at rhythm games but I still had fun ;) Great work with the cut scenes and juice.
Rhythm game was a great take to introduce some juice. Good pace of difficulty and I love all the unique ways you can die making the next run with the other children easier. My only real critique is that the cut to black for explaining what happened was a bit jarring.
Graphical style is perfect for the game feel and I had a great time playing it. Well done.

Overall, it's pretty good. I like the art and the sound. I don't think the reversing key effect of the mushrooms works well though, it makes the game more confusing to play.

Well the point of hallucinogenic mushrooms is that they make you confused, so I might consider this as a success :D.
But I agree that the actual effect could have been something cooler and funnier to play!
I don't like rhythm games, but this is cool!
Super fun to play, the gameplay reminds me of Crypt of the Necrodancer but with a completely different goal (survive and escape). I found the difficulty curve just right, and I enjoyed the creative use of past corpses and mushrooms. I noticed immediately what I was supposed to do when I saw the campfire haha.

You cannot guess were mines are actually, you will eventually step on them and need to memorize their position if you restart the game. If you don't, well, after exploding the way is clear! haha
