Great visuals! The reload time was a bit too much and the enemies could get to you very easily, but I still enjoyed playing!
Well done! I did feel slowed down by the cooldown on fireballs, especially when the skeletons took two hits, and respawns were fast. Fun.
Fun game with really nice art style and effects!
Perhaps a skill issue on my part but I think some balancing of enemy numbers would have been good to make the game a bit fairer while still having some form of challenge.
Overall, great game!
Good sfx and visual, but i think the game need some more juice and polishing
Amazing graphics and sound, but i felt there are few fireball for so much enemies still in the beginning of the game.
Love the visuals of the game and the music of it felt cute quirky and exciting. The main character was well-designed but I couldn't get past the second grave without dying. The ratio of fireballs/fire ball regeneration was too slow compared to the amount of enemies that were coming at me. If there were either just slightly less enemies, faster regeneration time, or more fireballs, I think this game would've been significantly more enjoyable!
Really visually pleasing, and had great FX.
Great entry!
Wow the art and the music feels soo good, that game its pretty fun to play, but over all ITS Ultra juicy haha, very good work with the visuals
I love the visual and how responsive/juicy it is when the fireball hits both the skeleton and the floor. However, it needs some balance between the time that each fireball will be regenerated and how fast the skeletons are moving. It feels very intense from the beginning and barely get the chance to see what's gonna happen after the second grave.
The art was very charming! Most things that I would mention have already been mentioned, but here are a few things I felt could use some minor tweaks:
When I first started it, I felt the jump was a bit to floaty / high, but the hitboxes on the skeletons are rather bit, so it makes sense. Still feels a bit off.
There were times where I died and it just felt off. I was confused on where / how I was hit, which means taking damage could use a bit more feedback.
Overall it was a fun experience, good work! :)
I really enjoyed the hand-drawn visuals, and I really like the theme!
This game as a lot of potential, but more time could've been put into gameplay.
(also, I think the screen-shake is almost too high.)
Well done, I really enjoyed the fact that i had to manage when and where to fire taking in cosideration future spawn of scheletron ecc! I liked it! Nice job!
Really fun visual style and game feel! Character design is also really cool
It is very well rounded project. Great job managing to put it all together in such a short time. Also + for character design similar for Deltarune.
Needs polishing, but the art rocks i really like the desing and the idea
Feels niiiiiiice
I really liked the character design, and in general the game has a nice drawing.
The only thing is the game keeps going out of fullscreen because of the store.
Yeah, the ESC thing was a bit of an oversight unfortunately, and I didn't quite advertise that P also works to pause well enough. Thank you for the feedback!
Overall, a nice sturdy entry *^* Really loved your work with particles - fireballs were the most juicy thing for me. Cute visuals and interface - a pleasure to my eyes)
Balance, however, needs a hard polishing. There's no indication of where enemies will spawn, and character gets surrounded too quickly. Hitting an enemy, as for me, feels not impactful, not juicy enough.
Alsoo, it would be a great idea to nerf the first grave a bit - just to give player an opportunity to get used to enemies behavior, etc.
But, as I said - loved it! Thank you for this entry)
I definitely agree with you on the balancing, some scoping/planning issues prevented me from getting the game playtested very much and fine tuning things. Thanks so much for your feedback!
