The amount of features is truly impressive for a jam game! I was able to understand most of it (I think) intuitively or by trial and error, but I agree some text in the description would have helped a lot. Besides that, great work!
It takes alot of time to load the game
This is definitely ambitious, but I'm afraid I found myself almost completely lost: I didn't manage to generate a single research point, and I think it might have been because I never managed to work out what counted as a "staffed" city (though I definitely managed to beef up my ship-producing power over the course of the game). A full on tutorial might have taken too much time for the jam, but I think this desperately needs a few notes in the description to explain how it works. I get the impression I'd like it a lot if I knew how to play!
Clearly there's a lot more you wanted to add but for whats there it's a good start. It would have been great to have some instructions, as I couldn't figure out how to do research or much beyond the couple of buttons that are attached to the timer. Best of luck if you're coming back to this after the jam!
Impressive! Obviously there was too little time to properly implement the entire game, but I do love RTS games. Although haven't figured out how to do research...
This game is great! It could turn into something amazing. I hope you keep working on it.
This has so much potential! Congratulations friend
I enjoyed the game, but I found it to be confusing.
I do like the attempt at doing this in this game jam, but I feel the scope may have been to large for this. regardless I did feel there is a cool base for a game to be iterated upon.
I couldn't quite get the hang of combat, but the colony management system was very intuitive.
A bit confusing at first, but it is a very original game.
