The models are great, and the fact that you made a 3D game in Construct 3 is crazy, I really enjoyed exploring the world.

Also it said that mooshroom was a "profane display name" so I don't really know what that was about LMAO, so I just made a random username.

Developer(+1)

that’s hilarious.  One of the services I am using for authentication offers profanity checking so I enabled it. Mooshroom must be too edgy lol. Thanks for playing

I had a great time playing with you on stream. Excellent entry and thanks for giving me the live tour. What you put together is so incredibly technically impressive, but also a cool location and well-thought out level. Top marks. I did jump back in off stream and it didn't have any slow-downs or hiccups. I still couldn't make the jump out of the lava back onto the ground though (if that's even possible).

Developer

Glad to hear the slow down stopped! I believe that the reason for not being able to make the jump is that in my current control scheme, the jump is too impacted by connectivity to the server.  I will need to change how I implement server syncing to keep some of these things consistent for players.

Absolutely insane to have made a whole mini MMO in just 2 weeks. on top of that the models are really nice

Developer(+1)

Thanks! I put it in my description but full disclosure I already had access to the models, they are from Synty Studios if you look them up, they have great models.  The work on my side was figuring out the pipeline to get everything into C3.

Okay this was really impressive for a 2-week game jam! This is awesome! Have an extra star from me.

Developer

I accept all extra stars.  Thank you!

Wow.  I was NOT expecting something like this for a 2 week game jam.  Performance was a little slow on my computer.  But even with that, I still wanted to explore more of this world.  (Especially the ren faire attire.  Could use a new coat for this year!)  Great work all around!

Developer

Yeah, I had to even take out a whole castle which used to be between the mountains due to performance haha.  I will need to work on it for next round / optimize collision checking etc. since C3 is inherently a 2d engine.

Really impressed with what you've built, the 3D textures are really nice and the whole scale of everything is awesome to see. I would love to be able to run a little faster but apart from that it's a really epic environment

Developer(+1)

Point noted on the movement speed! Thanks for checking it out.

This being a fully 3D construct level is in itself a unique location. Vandervas Generator knows all too well the pain of wrestling with the fake 3D systems - well done!

Developer

Thank you and yes, I believe I have found most of the limits of C3's current capabilities in the world of 3D lol.  Lots of fun pain involved but was pretty pumped to get some of it all working.  Tons of optimizing still to do in order to make it scale / work.
