I liked that this game is a unique twist on the "Rebirth" theme. It's sort of like if a detective game fused with a necromancy game. It's also really well polished - the aesthetics are really nice, the UI is clear and easy to navigate, and the music is charming. In fact, the music may be a bit too charming for a graveyard setting.
Great job!

Thanks so much for giving this another go! It was fun watching you play the game all the way through, thanks for streaming it!
Really cool game! It felt like so much time and detail went into the clues and the reference texts, and that made guessing the right tomb a lot more interesting. The entertaining causes of death and tombstone inscriptions kept it light and humorous :). The attention to detail was really good, and I especially appreciated that the game provided a reason when you guess the wrong tomb.
I played through 6/10 graveyards so far. The only problem I ran into was the arrow keys to select ‘Leave’ or ‘Revive’. I was trying to move after pressing ‘Leave’, but if I accidentally pressed the right arrow before the hitting the spacebar I ended up reviving a skeleton which didn’t want to revive :(. This happened several times, maybe because I was rushing to get a good completion time haha.
Great work overall, I had a lot of fun!
Thanks so much for playing it! You bring up a great point with the accidental revive it actually happened to me a few times as I was playtesting through it all! Had I a bit more time I would have asked for some sort of confirmation, or implement a different mechanism (maybe different keys) to proceed with the revive. Good feedback for my future projects, thanks!!
Cheers!
This was such a clever game. It's always fun seeing puzzle, clue games like this with 3d art. I loved the whole aesthetic of the game. I like that it involved deduction. Great submission. One recommendation I would make is that I'd like to skip the zombie scene when I got guesses wrong :)
Thanks so much for playing through the game! +1 on not blocking the user for so long while seeing if the choice is correct or not, I think the feedback should be immediate. That's a great suggestion, thanks for the feedback!
A very fun concept worth expanding on.
Thanks for playing it!
The visuals are excellent! The models are so cute and the animations are pretty cool. I just like everything.
There is only one thing I miss in the game. And that is a fullscreen-button. But besides that: no idea what could be improved. And if you've seen my other comments: I always try to find something - because I'm always happy when I get constructive feedback about how I could make things different.
So then there is nothing more to say than: Really good job!
Thanks so much for playing it! I agree, going fullscreen would have been awesome but I didn't have too much time to work on the game being resolution-independant.
I really like the music choice and the models! Everything was kept in a great little box that made it intuitive to control and maneuver around. The game concept is probably my favorite part of your game! :3 I'm sure the writing and ideation of the characters, background stories, naming, etc. took a good chunk of your time and I appreciate that much as it adds variety to the story! ^ ㅡ^ Extremely cool!!
Thanks so much for the kind words, and thanks for spending the time playing it!
Very relaxing music and cute art, love it :)
Managed to guess one on the first take :D
On the third level though, after several wrong attempts, I think I was on the right one finally, but it hung on the grave stone view, could not revive or leave. I didn't think to look at the console errors. (I was on Firefox)
Thanks for playing the game! I think it's not just you, the webgl export from godot is just too unstable. I've replaced it with a windows version instead.
So I kind of played it. Wonderful from what i can tell between the sessions of intense lag punctuated by the audio severely stuttering. Really nice lil game. I really enjoy every about it. I want to walk over that broken wall in the back!
I am not sure why, but when i click new game, the screen goes black and the browser page dies (chrome and firefox). Otherwise Everything else seems to be working.... The music is wonderful from what I've heard. I really want to play it.
Also am curious what this is made in.
Oh no that's unfortunate. it's made in Godot and I know it struggles with the webgl export quite a bit.
Do you see any error in the console?
For some reason the game works when the screen is smaller but it suffers from severe lag between updates for things like reviving the dead.
I don't think it's you, I think the webgl export is just very unstable. I've replace it with a windows build for now
I love the smoothing music XD! The puzzles are an enjoyment and the humor is spot on. The models are adorable :].
Thanks for playing it!
