A shame the narration stopped so early (or was that because I died)? When the stats became randomised the game became unfun, the part where the narrator chose was excellent, and has a lot of potential for making a good game. The combat felt a bit wonky as well.

I really love the concept of your stats being determined by the narrator. Could be expanded on a lot.

The story was funny but I ended up playing for a while just to see if there was more and then when there wasn't I realized I'd wasted a couple minutes. The gameplay doesn't yet feel like it's made to be played for an extended amount of time.

Great start with nice artwork and a super original story!

Love the artstyle, and the idea of kids changing the rules on you is ingenious. The animation could use a bit more contrast between keyframes, but the music was solid. I'd be really interested in seeing how this idea could evolve with more time!

A nice idea, and really well executed for the intro. After this, the game lose interest quickly, because the controls are not really convincings. Overall that's a really great game for a jam game. I hope it will get more polish and content.

Loved the idea behind it and it's executed very well, though as others have commented there is no consequence to losing, you just keep going over and over again :)

The back and forth commentary was pretty good nice work.

The game was fun to play. The pixel art was very cool. Also in the end, I was just dying and respawning infinite times. Was it meant to be? Never ending ? BTW Nice work on the game :D

Cool idea and game! Kudos for the presentation!

The framing of two kids goofing around is really cute!
