How does your game fit the theme?
The Theme was "Out of Control" & we decided to go with the common cartoon trope of trying to plug a hole in a sinking ship, only for more to pop up.

Great game. The art and design is really nice. And the gameplay loop is fun. I wish there was a win or lose condition. If you could get to another level that had more holes in different locations that would be great. But otherwise I really enjoyed it.

Really fun! I could stay alive even on hard mode by just walking around and mashing the mouse buttons at the same time. A bit exploitive

Fun idea, however I found that if you stand in the middle of the boat and just bail water constantly you cannot lose. Aside from that especially the hard mode was quite chaotic and fun. Overall I had a lot of fun with the game : )

Pretty fun game with some pretty sweet looking graphics and banging music!
In the comments below you said that you planned to put timer that records your longest run, but what if I told you that you can go for infinity like that by just sitting in one place and mashing right click. I don't know how would you go with solving that problem, think bailing water by holding to put it in the bucket and holding to throw it out would fix it.

With the added timer, we would change the game rule from all 6 puddles needing to be max size, to just 3 out of 6. This would ensure a fail state if a player were to favor any particular hole. We'd probably tinker with timing of board burst, and puddle growth as well. Hold to fill & empty are both great ideas. Again, thanks for the feedback.

I really liked the art style, and the mechanic fitted the theme great. I just wish there was more thing going out of control. I got into a loop pretty quick of patching the holes, but there wasn't any challenges past that.

Nice concept! It was challenging but not ridiculous, it felt good to patch the boards and bail out the water! My only issue was I wish there was some kind of score tracker so I could compete with people! Great game! :)
