How does your game fit the theme?
A stealth game where the sneeky-character isn't you, and when they get spotted, an unfair "out-of-control" number of guards flood the area. This isn't about taking control away, but giving so much control it "might" be overwhelming?

I like this idea a lot. It did take me a while to figure out what exactly I was supposed to be doing, but once I got it, it was quite fun. I can see there being puzzle-like levels, which would be really cool. I do wish the guards could move faster though.

Quite a good idea but like other commenters have said it's a bit short, after you catch the thief you can't seem to continue. Pretty good for 48 hours though and i'll deffinately be checking back after the jam to try out any updates/new levels.

One criticism was that it felt a bit slow and it took me a minute to realise I could move more than one guard, but their movement speed was a little on the slow side.

Thanks, and yea! I see what you mean. There will be more for the player to do!

Interesting idea! It's a bit short. Maybe you can add a few more levels after the jam.

Developer(+1)

No "promises", but.. there will be more :D

You guys had great music! It fit the game really well and the game itself we pretty good too, a bit confusing at first and clicking on the guards was a bit weird but I enjoyed it. Good job!

Thanks a lot!

I legitimately dont know if I beat this game or not. Is there more than 1 level/theif? Additionally, this doesn't really capture the theme of the jam too well. Despite that, the art and music are excellent and fit the game perfectly, the gameplay is a little funky but is still quite fun, and in general, I quite like this! Congrats!

1 stage. 1 thief. She'll get some upgrades in a post-jam update!

Glad to hear it!

What a great game! I enjoyed it a lot. I'm not sure wether it captures the theme very well, but the concept is great. There doesn't seem to be a reload option when you caught the thief, which is a shame.

Developer

High concept we had where the thief got new special abilities as they picked up more artifacts was the intended path that.. time permitted, would have cinched it!

Such a cool game! When I saw the idea, I knew I had to try it :D. I really like the gallery. It looks nice and sounds great! The game is quite eazy but I enjoyed this entry and see its big potential :). Well done!

PS: Please go to "Edit game" and check that the build is for Windows. If you don't, the game can't be played through the itch.io app.

Woops, thanks for reminding me! Should be updated now.

And yea, we're going to be working on it a bit more and update the game later. Still a bit I want to do!
