This game is pretty decent, I really like the cute art and also like the overall concept of it, tho I have few improvement ideas:
I would suggest you to change the health bar to just like health points. So when you get hit by something you lose one point and respawn to the nearest checkpoint. At the current state when you fall on spikes you will just get boosted up and probably take even more damage. Maybe it is what you intended to do, because it does give you the feeling that your loosing control. But just wanted to say that.
Then pls add hold space higher jump, would be much more fun.
But overall really nice game.

Great idea. A mechanic that allows you to control the high of the jump holding Space would be nice in future updates! Good jon!
the game is interesting :).
I like this game, although I while playing it I wasn't immediately able to get how it might fit the theme of the jam. It kinda just has weird controls tbh. That being said only being able to move in the air is a nice mechanic that makes the game more challenging and fun
Its not bad and you have to think ahead a bit, but it could have used some sounds or music.

Interesting game and a really original idea! I haven't seen anything close to that idea before. I liked how you could stand on spikes and enemies and sacrifice a bit of health for faster navigation. My only feedback would be to add some checkpoints.

I used your other link. It was fun playing your game, only being able to move when jump is a cool idea. I like the sprite art a lot. There was no sound? Even simple music helps the presentation.
