The game was fun to play, and it sends a really strong message. They should make new drivers play it in drivers ed. The end crash and sirens are brutal paired with the leaderboard. Really great work!

re: your question... I tried both ways and found myself moving my hand. I'm too used to typing with two hands to be quick enough with one.

Don't Text and CycleThanks for all the kind words, everyone! Here's a question for players: anyone try keeping one hand on the mouse and one hand on the keyboard at all times? That's how I always play and the other devs make fun of me V_V Seems like most people just move their hands back and forth between mouse and keyboard.
Yeah, we're definitely very forgiving on typing. At one point, we took out all the apostrophes in all the texts because we found that even just holding the shift key while driving was too hard for people. Hence why all the contractions in the texts look the way they do. A little game design secret ;)
I got the idea and immediately started laughing while typing as fast as I could. This better be a winner!

Drive HomeWho has that many people text them!!? This was a fun game (some messages and responses made me chuckle) and was a refreshing and serious take on the theme. The game played and felt good. Very very nice submission
