Great art and an interesting game. Nice music! Fullscreen didn't work for me and nothing happened when I went to the wolf for the third time. Overall a good submission. Good luck!

If you want, please check out my submission.

Coming from you, o Scriptor Canis Lupus, its truly an honour!

(Was going to lean more heavily on the whole Wolf name part, but then latin hit and well... Scriptor is just "script" in Latin, but still, a nice fact :D)

Sorry for the fullscreen issue, I still have a huuuuuge way to go and so many things I need to learn, thank you for bearing with me!

I definitely agree about the music!

I love when the beat on 0:40 hits ... man I can never thank Hart enough for allowing me to share his music.

still amazed from the world of composers ... how can a person be so expressive with their music and compose such different pieces...

Of course I will check your submission! Thank you again for dropping by!

interesting, i loved it, it looks like a type of game that could be better flesh out as a full game

Developer

Thank you for the kind words HeartBit! (I was just about to type and ask for your logo/name brand to be explained, but then it just clicked! Thats such a cool name! Heart-Beat, Bit... mindblown! Well done! However, I am still curious about the logo with the red sign :D)

If I make something more of this, I will be sure to let you know!

Submitted(+1)

Oh thank you, the logo comes from an animation idea that i had that was about an heart escaping block signs, it was pratically a metaphor, but neither I or my sister (the artist) could draw a good pixel art heart to safe our lifes so we put the best ugly heart that we could made behind the block sign so it was less visible than in front were it was supose to be

Developer(+1)

hahaha! Its great to have family help with these projects!

I love the metaphor!

Well, I managed to see a WOLF three times. Great style, interesting mess of controls.

I think you could reupload it somewhere if you wanted to publish more up to date version.

Developer

Out of curiosity, how were the messy controls? On a scale of 1 to "Getting Over It" was there any point you were not KEEPingCALMwhileGAMING? (hehe joke)

I will definitely give it a go for polishing it and making it better since you guys are so encouraging! Thank you!

I actually enjoyed the necessity to switch every couple of seconds. The idea of shifting controls fits the theme nicely.

Love the art and music. A little short but overall well done!

Developer(+1)

I have to agree with you Luka_, the music is fantastic! I still cannot believe Hart allowed me to use his work!

Short indeed, I will try my best and improve! If I manage to publish a second WOLF version, I'll give you a call if you want to have another go (now that you've mastered the art of dizzy-walking!)

Excellent pixel art! I was just confused if I was dying or finishing the levels at the first time.

Developer(+1)

Thank you BrunoGatCar! Receiving a compliment like that is very moving, and inspires me to keep trying! I was especially proud about the Idle pose, but then I made a game about constant movement... maybe I can sneak in a cutscene somewhere hehe.

That is a very good point about the transitions! I tried to program a fade-in, fade-out change in levels, but not much time (not much skillz to be honest :D)

This was very interesting, nice visuals! I don't know if I'm doing something wrong, but it seems the 3rd level(Day ???) doesn't work?

Developer

Thank you Scolondev for dropping by and leaving a comment! You are doing nothing wrong :D

It was unfortunate I had to end the game without managing to upload the fixed version. Thanks for playing!

I'm immediately intrigued by the backstory of this!  Would be cool as a full game with flash backs and some more story.

Developer

Thank you Hades for dropping by! It is greatly inspiring to see comments like these! If I manage to improve it, I will give you a shout!

Flash backs and backstory is a fantastic notion! I had not thought of that! Thanks!
