Enjoyed the music and art.  I am a beginner and did not find the controls to be intuitive, which impacted my rating.

Love the art and the idea. Makes for a pretty dang entertaining Tower Defense.

Great work! The art and music for this game were really good! I wish there was some way to sell or move minions, as I accidently misplaced a more expensive minion in a place with no enemies left to attack.

Great graphics and music and I liked the split-relm twist on the standard tower defense mechanic.

I really missed a ‘fast-forward’ button. Maybe I’m just a big spender- but I had a lot of time at the start of runs where I would have no money and just be waiting for the enemies to inch across the screen.

A lot of fun, though :)

Great music and gameplay, but the tutorial is too long to read,  make it simple. Same thing for the stats I don't have the time to read them all just tell them what they're good at dierctly. But the animation were really good for a 2 days game!

Having the music swap depending on which side you were on is fantastic.  I wish there was a bit of time to pause and actually read the stats that pop up, and also I felt like the non-skeleton enemies were way to much. I never had enough to purchase them since the enemies were so much I couldn't really afford to save. I had to keep spending just to keep up with the waves of enemies.

Glad you liked the concept of blending the music, we put much thought into it. Balancing wise we did indeed save too little time to get the numbers exactly right.

Thanks for the feedback, really appreciate it!

The music was rocky, was it hard to make one?

Developer(+2)

Glad you enjoyed the soundtrack! (link to full track plus extra bits on the main page in case you haven’t already seen :). It was a very non-stop 48 hours but, as a musician working with an amazing partner on the soundtrack, I’d describe it as a fun challenge.

Very nice game! I liked how the soul cost and the death cost were split and there were different costs. Was it intentional to be able to place units behind the grim reaper?

Developer(+1)

No it wasn't! Nice job on finding that out, we didn't even think of that LMAO! We're glad you still enjoyed the game.

Good to see a tower defense here. Nice music

Nice concept! Wish there was a way to move my turrets, the first one I placed was in a really bad spot XD

Great presentation, good, easy to read visuals and killer music. The controls seemed solid to use once I figured them out.

My two big points of constructive criticism are: 1. You made me figure out the controls on my own. (at the time of this writing they don't seem to be explained on the Itch page or in game)  I don't play a lot of tower defense games, so maybe this is all standard in that genre, but you can't assume your players will be familiar with your genre! 2. It takes too long, in my opinion, for the enemy waves to ramp up into a challenge. After figuring out the controls, I ended up sitting there for a few minutes just waiting for first level to finish.

As MrScottyTay said, though, I'd definitely be interested in playing a polished up version of this.

Thanks for your feedback! I'll include the controls to the description page to make it more clear.

Really fun spin on the tower defence genre. I would definitely play the hell out of a more polished version of this. One gripe I had was the numbers to the right were a bit close to the creatures you could pick to place, and the numbers actually overlapped the starting text for me. That and making it easier to see how much each creature would cost in each zone and I would've played it a lot longer than I did.

Great music, fit the tone well.

Thank you very much for the feedback! For the overlapping problem, I think it isn't the case if you enable Fullscreen. We apologize for the trouble and are all very glad you enjoyed the game.

The music is raddddddddddd great work with it

Developer(+1)

Glad you enjoyed it! There was a couple issues in getting the whole sound to play on the right side of the screen and a couple other musical mishaps but overall very happy with the outcome.

thank you, you can now listen to the full sound track here: https://youtu.be/eelZv2HSGrY
