Interesting idea for a platformer game. Overall I liked it, after some little polishing this will become an solid game. Good Job!
Cool game! I love the use of the procedurally generated platforms, nice touch to keep the game fresh.
Fun game, I really like the movement mechanic. Definitely challenging but a lot of fun once you figure it out!
Very nice little game with a simple little score attack mechanic.
I would've loved to be able to see my own high score, but sadly it resets a bit too quickly at death. It may also help to visually show how long those bricks have before they crumble away, it felt rather fast and you definitely have a steep curve to get yourself into that groove.
The art looks nice though, great job on the gamejam and goodluck o/
The particle effects are a little too present, plus there’s a lot of guess work involved in working out how to get the rocket to work correctly. Overall a great effort for the jam, well done!
The teleport-where-you-shoot concept was very cool! Music very irritating because it restarted at every death. Very hard difficulty curve - is there a way I wonder to make it easier to start with? Great job overall! Well done!
This is a unique take, haven't seen another one like it so far in my ratings. The rocket seems to travel very slowly on the steeper arcs which sometimes can feel a bit frustrating, but also makes it more tense as you have to time it right, which is good! Good job :)
I loved the mechanics!!, It's unique to me
very nice mechanic, however it doesnt fit very well int0 the theme in my opinion. However i think this would make a great mobile game, nice job
It's a cool idea, well done!
Thanks!
Pretty interesting mechanic, even if it wasn't explored quite as much as I'd have liked.
A little more polish could have gone into some things:
- The explosion should be a little smaller, it should also have sound and some screen shake
- The blocks blend in with the background too much, meaning I have to take way too long to make my next move, and then die
- I think the bloom is a little too intense, feels like I'm staring at the sun sometimes haha
It's still a really nice entry though! Fun little 5 minute game.
Hi shadowhunter2468!
This is a very neat concept, particle effects are awe inspiring and the polish and the post processing is on point. It could really use some sound effects on those explosions! It was pretty tough as well. I would recommend starting more simply in your level design, so the player has time to learn the mechanic and get used to it. Then you can drop them in lava.
Overall a fun idea and a great start!

Simple yet effective game mechanic! Awesome work on the design too!
This is a nice idea. I'd love to see what else you'd add to it :)
It's a nice idea. Takes some time to get used to the controls, but once you get the hang of it, it can be really fun. Good job!
Cool game! Some things i noticed:
The effects, lights and particles gives the game a nice vibe.
The platforms are hard to see because they blend into the background too well.
The music probably shouldn't restart when you die, because if your bad like me then you will never hear more than 5 seconds of it :^)
Lol, thanks for the comment man, it means a LOT, yeah you're right, I'll put that in the revised version, as this one (I'm sure you know) was rushed. But thanks a lot for the amazing comment.
Interesting idea! That said, I ran into an issue where there were no safe blocks available on screen, so I was basically just doomed.
lol, sorry about that, will fix it in later versions, as this one was rushed, thanks a lot for the comment.
Good Presentation, I really like the lighting shader you used. I think two things could be improved about the game though, Firstly explosions by the rocket are wayyy too big and obscure your vision, making it harder to predict where to go. Secondly, you can basically spam rockets by rapidly clicking your mouse button, a constraint where only one rocket can exist at a given time might be useful
yep, you're absolutely right, I was gonna do the spamming thing by setting a timer, but I ran out of time (ironic) I submitted in the last 40 mins. But thanks for playing my game, and thanks for leaving a kind comment, you made my day.
Pretty good presentation, though i do not have the patience to go very var
Thanks a lot, man, it really means a lot.
