Reallyyy nice. You made the controlling two characters with one input controls a good mechanic and not so easy, but challenging enough. Absolutely loved it, and such a great way to tell the story. With a little more time working on graphics it was a solid 5/4/5.
Id also appreciate if you played and rated my game :)
Thank you for playing! Really glad to hear you liked it, graphics are certainly not my strong point (especially with limited time) so I completely agree, and I'm glad it didn't take away from the storytelling.
Thanks for the kind words – Stay With Me felt very similar to mine in theme which was really nice to see! Loved playing it
What a charming little game, the mechanic is well executed & very unique, most "shared-control" scheme revolve around the same movement type for both chars. You also complement the puzzle design with story stuffs, very well done!
I'd prefer the camera view has a wider range, but thats just me. Regardless, really awesome entry! :)
Thank you for playing, I appreciate the kind words! You're not the first person to mention the camera and I do agree, it's a little too focused – the intention was for this to 'hide' some of the dialogue until you moved to a certain point in the level, but I agree that it makes gameplay in some levels a bit more difficult than it needs to be!
Thanks for the feedback :)
fun and well made concept. i especially love the narrative, it's so good i got a little goosebumps 🙌
That's so lovely to hear! Can I ask which bit gave you goosebumps (I'm guessing the ending)? Thank you for playing :)
yess the ending was mindblowing of course! but since the beginning where they said "something isn't right", and then "i can't get you this time" "nobody ever can", these somehow reminds me of soulmate/twin flame concept. i also think the music plays quite a big role here, good choice 😁👍
Music played well for the feel of the story which was an interesting addition while puzzling out the levels.
Thank you for playing! The music was sourced from elsewhere, glad to hear it was a good fit
Great to see one of these games where the two characters control differently and actually have some form of interaction - nice work on the story and use of the different control mechanics! : )
I got the sad ending : (
Oh no! If only you'd stopped and listened to your little green friend , it would have been much happier :(
Thank you for the nice feedback, and thank you for playing :)
I enjoyed that there were a bit different controls for the players, and that they swapped, nice game and narrative!
Thanks for playing! Glad you enjoyed it :)
This was fun! I liked that the balls have different physics/controls going on - it made each level feel like a different challenge. I did get stuck in a hole but I don't know if that was a design flaw or my own lack of ability.
Thank you for playing! Which hole did you get stuck in? If it was the level where Blue 'felt weird', you might have to reset it with the button in the corner and try again :)
fun and original, I really like the narrative and the overall executio
Thank you for playing! Glad you enjoyed it :)
A FUN LITTLE GAME. I HAVEN'T BEEN IN THIS GAME JAM LONG BUT THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I'VE SEEN THIS "SHARED CONTROLS, DIFFERENT ABILITIES" CONCEPT AND IT'S VERY WELL EXECUTED. THE ENDING IS PRETTY FUNNY TO.
Thank you , that's great to hear! Which 'ending' did you get? Thank you for playing :)
