As soon as the Giant Maxed out cookie came on screen something inside me snapped. Now I only live for the click. MORE CURSORS!!!!!!!
Great take on the theme! but for Idle game genre (even though this is reverse game and etc.) this is really exhausting to keep the combo and always move the cookie to needed spot, so it could be clicked.
Besides that, cool idea and realization!

You made quite the sweet clicker game. I'm wondering if you did anything special for optimization? Because it runs really well in brower, with a bunch of objects on screen.
Hey,
no actually we didnt do anything special to optimize the game. However the games architecture is based on the "Observer Pattern", which removes a lot of the dependencies and the need to do a lot of code in Unitys "Update" function, which is called every frame. So in the end there is actually not that much code executed each frame, which keeps the framrate quite stable. We didn't primarily do this for the optimization of the game though. It just leads to nicer and cleaner code.
The only thing that causes a bit of lag are the numbers that popup, because they are getting instantiated every time a cursor clicks the cookie, which happens quite a lot. We will probably fix it by using Object Pooling.

A well made and balanced game. Just like with cookie clicker I just want to keep playing.
Really really great game, I think the longest I've stayed so far on a jam game haha!
I would expand on the combo idea, perhaps cursor based combos or combo milestones, something on that lane, also add achievements and more advancements and you're golden, could instantly be a steam game for me.

I played for 1 and a half hour because this game is as addicting as Cookie Clicker.
Firstly I thought this would be just a cookie clicker clone, but now that I've expent more time than I would like to admit (I've bought the cookie vortex hehehehe), I must say that this is a very innovative and funny twist for this kind of game. I was suprised with the well designed progression and good sprites too. Congratulations mate :)
