Solid game! Cute concept, it looks and plays pretty good too. I think it's a tad easy for the first minute or so but that's my only criticism.

i think erring on the easy side is better than the alternative though, especially for game jam games since people usually play a ton of submissions you don't want your game too be too tough to get through. So yeah, again great job 👍

Yeah, I would've added it if I had time. There is code that saves your score, but it doesn't display :P
Had fun with it. Felt good to play and I kinda got competetive with the hand tbh, like after every death I felt like I had to show it I was not gonna leave that hat no matter what it did lol

Fun little platformer game with a neat premise
Funny idea, reminiscent of undertale battles. very simple concept but it works well. The art is pretty simple and benefits from it. I couldn't hear any music when I played and I feel it could benefit from some.
Tossing the match in the hat and having it explode got a good chuckle out of me :D
