Good game, not a big fan of the arrow keys as input system but whatever, it works.
I got really frustrated when a farmer shot me: I didn't expect it at all. Suggestion: when a big change like this happens(enemies are not only melee but ranged as well)give some BIG feedback, so the player will know what is going on. Save the players from themselves.

well we made the game in 48 hrs sooo yea. That alert would def save the player who is playing first time, thanks for the feedback ill check out your game when i have time
Nicely balanced! love it i played one hour! great idea
so far, this is one of the best games I played for the Jam. Could not make it to the bazooka :(. What does the scythe do? I thought I could defend myhorse against the farmers o.O
the scythe doesn't kill the farmers, it takes more crops in its range, and the bazooka is kinda similar but its range is really larger and also pushes away the farmer. Thanks for playing the game :)
Interesting concept! Very fun and addicting to play!
This game takes a while to ramp up, but I don't mind that. If anything, I wish we had been able to make our game more progressive like this!

I liked the game, however, I didn't manage to get the carrot bazooka. :( It was still really fun and the art was great. From the screenshots, the bazooka looks pretty dope :D If you have time check out a game we submitted, it's called The Soul of the Party :)

The game page says that one should "at least get to the carrot bazooka before coming to a conclusion". I tried three times, the third time I lost my last life ~5 seconds after purchasing the bazooka. Conclusion: The game's too difficult for me to enjoy. It looks and sounds nice.
Maybe I should have toned it down a bit so everyone could get the full experience. Thanks for trying it out anyways!
This game has exactly the vibes I'm looking for! I love the melancholy horse, and how you just slowly walk around the farmers, and the detailed shading on the characters compared to the background, it's all excellent.
Thanks for the positive feedback! While we were making it the "B-game" look started to grow on me, and we started to emphasize it.

Ka-boom! I robbed all their crops. Now all the farmers in the county want horsemeat.
Thought i will be able to shoot them from the start but than understood that i should collect crops. Also i thought that scythe can help me to vanish this annoying farmers, but.... nevertheless nice game! Thank you for it and good luck!
all of a sudden horsemeat is in demand. but happy that u enjoyed our game. i see u got trolled by our scythe but we kept it so player can't kill the farmers so we can balance the game loop lil more fun
This is a funny game, I like the idea that you just play a horse that's being a nuisance. I do think it was a little slow to start but overall I liked it. Good submission
