The art is very cute! I haven't played Elevator Action so I was unsure at the start about what I am supposed to do, but I got the hang of it eventually.

Loved the game but I kept having characters get stuck so it was very hard to actually play. Love the concept though and I think with bug fixes and more content I would buy this game.
The art style is so cute! However the characters, even the spy can get stuck which forces you to restart. I think if the characters interact with each other, it would make things more interesting. Really like the old school vibe, especially because its inspiration.
This game would've been my personal favourite, if it wasn't for the occasional character-getting-stuck-in-the-elevator. I wasn't able to move a character at all (they would get stuck when the elevator was waiting to catch them), and so wasn't able to experience the game fully :/. Still, the art is super unique, and I love the cute little "citizens"!
The presentation is super cute and the concept super interesting but It's difficult not to get stuck
I was intrigued by the concept but sadly the game was just very buggy. Sometimes people won't get in the elevator and when they do they just get stuck mid-floor or at the right side of the lift. And it would be helpful if you told in the tips that the spy is in the 10th floor but i guess i should've assumed that, but still it would be helpful. I liked the art tho but shame that it was buggy.
I couldn't figure out what to do. The spy seemed to pick up an item, multiple times, but nothing happened. Either it's bugged or there's something not being told.
Sebenernya kita agak nyadar pas udah akhir-akhir game jam. Takutnya ini kurang intuitif buat pemain. Sempet kepikiran buat bikin mini map juga. Tapi kayaknya kita akan bikin kameranya tilt dari bawahh ke atas pas intro game supaya nunjukin seberapa tingginya plus posisi spynya dimana. Nuhuuun mog!!
Love the art and the concept! My experience has been quite... buggy? I had the spy pick up both items and go to the bottom floor, then the blueprint respawned and the spy doesn't seem to open the door at the bottom? Otherwise, pretty fun idea!
Fun idea! I'm really digging the games where you get to help characters achieve goals while playing a part of the environment :)
Great game!
I didn't realise there were more floors outside of the floors on the starting screen, until I read the comments section. Maybe some indicators/arrows to show that there are more floors off-screen would be helpful?
Regardless it's a very neat idea and it looks great
Hmm, short term probably just add a "tips" section to the jam page underneath controls.
Long term (after the jam) I recommend a tutorial level for a hotel that is all on one screen( 3 or 4 floors), teach movement of the elevator, how to get people to unlock the door, etc).
Let me know when you have this fixed, I'd love to try it again!
