GREAT entry, you made a really unique spin from reverse frogger! the loss condition is really interesting, absolutely felt the worst when I accidentally ran over a bug myself.
My one suggestion would be to make cars in the smashed state also damage other cars when hit, so you can kind of aim your drift to get long range shots using the debris

Pretty cool twist on frogger! The art is cool and the controls are fun. My first instinct was to kill every insect so when I lost and saved 0 insects I saw my mistake... I did manage to save 17 of them later, and it's cool to have different types of insect with different movement speed.

I loved the art style. Menu and tutorial were great - playful, simple, dynamic, and let you try out controls before the real game starts.

hey, great work, just the car controller feels a but clunky

Nice idea and well executed! Some problems to control the card sometimes, but maybe it's a part of the skill required! Good job!!!

Loe the art style, but would be cool to have some more audio effects. This game reminded me of the old cartoon network browser games

Good idea! Great graphics and car handling.

'Frogger but you're the car' was on our shortlist of ideas but we never thought to use the car to save the bugs. A really creative take on it, good effort!

Nice take on this, really had fun playing. Those dragonflies are hard to save !

Tellement cute ! J'ai adoré le style des visuels, seule vraie réserve sur le contrôle à la souris que je trouve un peu difficile !

This is an interesting idea! Using the mouse to drift a car is a fun concept. Nice job!

Nicely made! It did seem like sometimes the car stops out of nowhere, though. But that doesn’t stop it from being fun. Smacking cars out of the way to make room for bugs is a great time!

A great twist on Frogger's formula. I feel like hitting the vehicles was a bit hard sometimes, especially when you're close to them. But that's mostly it, it's just a short but great game that I enjoyed. Congrats!

Tremendous! I had a great time squashing those bugs, then realized I had to save them and not destroy everything and everyone in my path. So I tried to save them but ran over them by accident anyway. Super fun and super creative! Just wish I had a counter on how many bugs were killed by my car, which I guess is about 8/10 on average. Keep up the great work!

Very unique art style! Also the gameplay was unexpected but very fun. Really liked how you executed the whole thing. Very well done!

Smooth control and a good twist to the formula, I like it. The impact feels great, but I would add more audio when you collide with something. It feels a little empty without a good smack sound.

I really like how you need to simultaneously protect the bugs and avoid friendly fire, it adds a bit of depth to the setup. It did get annoying when the game stopped tracking the mouse if it went offscreen, though.

First time I just demolished both cars and bugs ahaha

Playing it correctly is challenging and fun, good job!

Deja Vu music would have been perfect for this lol
