I liked the idea, would love to see it developed
Thanks for sharing that and giving me motivation to continue on this :D
This is pretty fun, but it's a little too clunky and unpolished. It would definitely be helpful if launching the ball was a button and maybe the power of the launch was dependent on how long you held the button. I also think there should be railings or something so you can't fall off on the z axis. But this is a pretty solid foundation for something great. Good Job!
Thanks for trying out the game! Your suggestions to improve the input are nice and I will try to incorporate in future updates.
This game is WAY too hard, the blocks placement are on ice and I straight up don't have time to get the ball on track.
The worst about this game though is that the camera is focused on the ball, so it's pratically impossible to prepare a path.
also the sound effect
Thanks for the feedback! Your points are definitely valid and I will consider them for future updates.
Fun game, It would be better if you can scroll the camera at will. Also launch the ball with keys insted of a button. maybe add something like in kirby's dream course for the strenght
Thanks for playing! Your points are valid and make sense. I will check out Kirby's Dream Course. I hope to update this game and improve it :D
I actually loved the aesthetics on this one, even tho things seem to have a “default” look, the “highlight” effect looks amazingly professional, I also enjoyed very much crafting the level even tho the controls were a little weird. Great game!
I am glad that you enjoyed it! I will think of ways to make the controls more intuitive.
The game is an interesting take on the "be the platforms instead of the player", I found the mechanics very curious. Congratulations!
I have a few suggestions for future versions, if you are planning to improve the game after the votings. It would be more comfortable for the player to have the hability to move the camera to see the entire map of obstacles to chechk what obstacles come next. The other think I've noticed that would be cool is a checkpoint system, to avoid repeating the level since the beginning.
Your suggestions for improvements makes sense! I will try to incorporate them as part of future updates.
Interesting game. I like the fact that you can only move one piece at a time, it sets it apart from the other "you control the level" type games. Even at a slow speed it is very hard to keep up with the ball and move the level pieces in time. Maybe either slow the game down a bit, or have the camera follow the selected piece so you can play ahead. Also you shouldnt be able to select objects offscreen since that just adds confusion. Moving objects further away from/closer to the camera is very difficult due to the camera perspective and is hard to tell if it lines up with other platforms. Good job with your submission!
Thanks for the constructive criticism! I will definitely consider your suggestions as they seem to provide a tighter and more fun experience :D
Nice puzzle idea
Thanks for saying that! It gives me confidence that I should continue work on this and improve it.
accidently beat the game in 10.78 seconds! i'm proud of this one
That is super impressive!
Nice working getting a completed game loop done in 48hrs! The game has a lot of potential as a chill puzzle game.
Thanks for the kind words!
Hmm... I will explore the game's potential as a more chill game; I can see it working.
