Fun to play, it gives a lot of room to strategize how to split cards. The UI and overall presentation could use some work though
Very neat concept! As discussed, UI could use a lil reworking, and I think a limited discard would help (like, discard up to 2 cards per round), or perhaps a way to change the ordering of the cards in hand
nice idea you have! hope to see more of it! the ui is kinda off but i think its a easy fix!
Nice game!
Fun idea, but ui needs work and would be nice to have some extra options (e.g. discard card, rearrange cards dealt to player or enemy, maybe on a 'once per battle' basis or something) to give the player (sorry, dealer ;) more agency.
fun game, but the ui needs work, i didnt see the deal to enemy button at first because it was hidden by the deck, but fun either way and the music is good too
Great game! i love slay the spire and this one too!
Great game! It was really interesting to try and strategize around who gets the cards, I only got as far as encounter 5 :)
Love Slay the Spire so this was right up my alley. The art makes it a little difficult to understand, but that is super understandable with the limited time. Otherwise super fun to try and play the gamble of getting good cards for yourself and not to give them to your enemy
So many combinations! Lots of fun!
This was really fun! Very great take on the theme too, lots of strategic elements to it. Great job!
Had a lot of fun figuring out combos that paired well when they were on the opposite side of the field, which is something you don't get often in deck builders! Maybe in a post-jam version add sprites to represent who you're dealing to instead of just numbers? Interesting spin on the genre and allowed for different types of synergies, since you were choosing for both people. Great game!
Great concept! Had fun playing it , maybe the presentation could have been better but definitely a fun game! Great job!
Really neat concept! It was a bit confusing at first, but once I got how to play, it was a lot of fun thinking through how to build each hand, which new cards to take, the probability of being able to sabotage the enemy (or accidentally sabotaging myself)...
If this were to be expanded, I'd like to have more feedback for dealing the final blow, because the transition to choosing new cards is kind of abrupt. But that's a super minor nit. This is great!
This game is really fun. I could play it for hours and still have fun. The only problem is that there isn't more, good job!
Very interesting idea. Once I played a couple rounds and got the hang of it, I could see this being expanded even more. Could definitely use more polish with player feedback and it needs a tutorial to avoid people dropping off quick, but what you have is promising. Well done :)
This game had a great idea and it’s definitely my type of game, really enjoyed it. I definitely could see this expanded to a more fleshed out game.
Honestly, a genuinely fun game. I like the idea of trying to create synergies for yourself by planning both the enemy and player hand. The addition of new cards to the deck also further created interesting possibilities, and resulted in lots of interesting decision moments. Furthermore add to that a stamina system and you end up with a real thinker. So very well done on the gameplay side of things. Visually, the game is simple, and if you decide to update it, I would def work here first. Sound wise, I was pleasantly surprised that you had sounds and that the sounds effectively communicated the state of the game. Great work, you should def update it after the jam!
Fun game!
Building a deck not only for yourself but for your opponent is a nice twist!
It makes for some great strategy making sure you have a good balance of good cards for the player and bad cards for the enemy.
Good job!
Really clever idea! Pretty fun concept. Could use a bit more of a tutorial, but once it clicked it was great.
