It is a very nice game, very well presented. The idea of the game is interesting, although the theme of the game jam is not so clear to me; I mean, I thought that being the enemy, I would be the one to throw the pieces at the player, faster and faster or something. Despite that, I find it a very nice game. Good job!

Really nice take on the reverse tetris concept! execution is brilliant and the whole game is well designed! Love the little ghost sprite it’s very cute!

Gameplay is tricky at times but feels balanced :]

Super awesome artwork! I like the idea of thinking of tetris as a top-down game that a player can navigate. Lots of potential for just that idea alone. Really cool job

Really well made game! Maybe a bit slow but the presentation is awesome and the amount of polish is really impressive. Liked it a lot!

The wavy grid is cool, but it's actually really frustrating because of no checkpoint. Still fine.

Stunning visuals!
Things I loved:

  • Art-style
  • Movement
  • Idea
  • Execution

Things I liked:

  • Sound
    • Would have been nice to have sounds for movement, getting hit eye blocks shooting, collecting loot etc... I liked the music choice!
  • Level design
    • Well made levels with adequate challenge
  • Visuals
    • Could have some added oomph with some screenshake when you lose

Things that I would prefer to be different:

  • Games pace is a little slow for my personal liking.
  • Some added juice overall would benefit the game

Well done! Very nice game.

Nice job!  Everything is pretty polished, only comment would be that the target for the eye blocks seems to be above the player so hiding lower than them usually means you dont get hit, but that also might be intentional.

Fun, cute and charming!

Great idea + cute pixel art! The only thing I want more of this game is a hard mode XD.

Wow, everyone found the game difficult and you wanted more challenge, that's what a hardcore gamer is

The art is amazing. Mechnism is very fun. It is a little challenging. But overall very good game.

Love the art!! Very coherent and solid, the gameplay is nice too, it kinda feels like a tetris but reverse platformer so kinda reverse-reverse role ahahaha, nice job!!

Very nice art and gameplay. Would be nice if there were more sound effects, though.

:D

Developer

Oh yeah I will try to find more sound effects, I never find a sound that fit the game very well

Simple coin pickup sounds from sfxr could work picking up diamonds. And hit or explosion sounds for dying.

:D

Really great visuals, looks like it could be a finished product!  I really liked the music too, it's longer than I expected.  I expected it to loop and was pleasantly surprised with a new portion!  I think it would be really cool to take the Tetris idea a step further and maybe the blocks stack up below the ghost reducing the play area, but that would take some balancing to get to feel right and not limit how long the game can be.  Though maybe completing a row makes it disappear and gives more space back like proper Tetris!  Asking if the player is on mobile or a computer is a fantastic piece of polish that you don't see much in a jam.  Great job, let's get you to 100 ratings!

Thank you so much, I wanna make the game more easy too and doing the Tetris moving and rotating! also I loved your ideia of completing a row making the blocks disappear! Thank you again for the feedback!!

Such an amazing game! Loved its charm and the fact that when you move the sprite changes is a really neat touch.

Nice work, really polished game, had no issues at all, congrats on even offering mobile support in that short amount of time!

This game really surprised me, I thought the sprites were beautiful, the music matched, I thought the ghost's father was funny, the gameplay is very polished and the collisions didn't affect me like many said, I thought it was one of the games in the Jam that could really be released on a platform the way it is, just reducing the difficulty a little, but because it is a short game I understand that it will be more challenging as the levels go, Incredible work, keep up the effort and you will go far!

Solid game, could have maybe been a bit more of actual tetris, like blocks stacking up below you and reducing the play area

I don't know why but I got like bullet hell vibes from this haha. I think maybe it's the whole like, weaving through the tight spaces that makes it feel that way. Absolutely love the art style and the music! Nicely done!
