Thanks so much for the feedback :) I've updated the last flower and also added a reset button to the game. Thanks for playing and I'm so glad you enjoyed it!

Thank you so much! I really appreciate it :) I do have a fix to the reset button and fixed some of the areas where you can get stuck. I’m ready to update it once the results are in!

wow thank you so much! That means a lot! I’ll for sure take a look at your game :)

thank you! I have a reset level fix ready to upload once the jam is over :)

Thanks so much, I’m glad you enjoyed it :)

LOVE this feedback! Thanks for taking a look :)

Thanks a ton! It took a while to figure out the right way to design the levels around the mush, so I’m glad you enjoyed it :)

Thank you! I’m glad you liked it :D

super interesting game! The art work is great, particularly the dimension you were able to fit into some of the sprites.

I absolutely love the convergence of the slippery ice and the flinging mechanic. Love the levels too! Super fun game! We were considering having our character fling as well (which I still may explore, especially after playing yours), but we ended up opting for just typical jump and run. If you’d like to play it, I’d love your opinion on adding flinging here, especially after you’ve spent some time thinking about designing around it. Either way, super great game and art :D

love the idea and the name is so cute! I appreciate the level design. Great game!

super neat game. I also died a lot but it was fun to retry a few times. Great work!

nice game! I really appreciated the mobile touch controls option! I could see this game being expanded further and possibly being a neat app. Great work!

thanks a ton! I’m so glad you enjoyed it!

thanks so much 😊 glad you enjoyed it!

haha thanks a million :)

very good game and fun take on the theme! in a future iteration, it'd be nice to overhaul the UI and make the text a bit more readable. Icons would also be helpful to reinforce the meaning of the text.

thanks a ton :D so glad you enjoyed it!

ah great catch! sorry you got stuck :/ i just played through again and have some idea to improve those areas so you don't get stuck. super glad you shared that feedback!

thanks for playing and glad you enjoyed it! which part did you get stuck at?

thanks a ton! I’m glad you enjoyed it :)

I really appreciate your comments and I’m glad you had fun! To follow up to your feedback:

  1. It’s kinda funny how the controls ended up on the side. We had original planned to have an inventory UI in that space and Mushy would collect exhaustible items across levels. We ended up popping the controls there in case we didn’t have time to make the tutorial
  2. I agree, the jump could use some polishing, especially at those smaller sizes.

thanks again for playing :)

Thanks for playing :D and great feedback! We wanted to add a reset button, but we ran out of time. Will definitely add one in future iterations!

Yeah, that’s a bug. That’s actually the end of the game. But congrats on beating it! And thanks for playing :D. How did you like it?

thank you, glad you enjoyed it :)

thank you :)

Thanks so much! It was a fun project. Excited to check out yours!

I love those ideas! There's a ton of potential with these mechanics.

One of my favorite games of the jam so far! Super interesting puzzles! In a future iteration, I'd love to see some better character movement on the planet. I felt so slippery. It'd also be fun to explore the obstacles in a more thematic way. Passing the laser is a cool obstacle, but it'd be cool if it were something that floats in space. Maybe a solar flare or something like that. Either way, you've got a high rating from me. Great work :)

Thanks so much! It was a fun project. Excited to check out yours!

I am loving these other slime games! It's fun to see where other teams took the idea. I really liked shrinking to fit under boxes, but the best idea was growing to have more mass against the wind. Cool idea :)

Really neat idea! The wooded dungeons gave me a bit of a cult of the lamb feel! I couldn't figure out how to get more bullets though, so I kinda got stuck. Super fun game tho. Plus the music was such a vibe.

Wow, thank you so much! We tried to be really thoughtful about the level design, so I'm glad you enjoyed them! Once you reach the mountain, that's the end of the game, so congrats on beating it :) There's a bug with the final flower, so it's not very obvious. Thanks for the feedback and glad you enjoyed it :)

Thank you! Glad you enjoyed it!

Thanks so much! It's fun to see the different takes on goo platformers.

Thank you so much! The levels were fun to design, so I'm glad you enjoyed them. Would love to add more polish, and things like a reset button and proper menus. Thanks a ton for playing :)

Thanks so much! It was definitely fun to explore those simple mechanics and try to pull all the depth out of them that we could.

Thanks a ton! It was a fun project :)

Thanks for playing! I'm glad you figured that out. It was really challenging to design the puzzles in a way that was forgiving and had the extra goo you needed, but also didn't make the answer obvious. Glad you enjoyed it :)

haha thank you so much! I'm glad you liked our mushy take on a hiking slime :)
