I really liked the game. The little story told through visual storytelling at the beginning was great. I actually really like the time based planting mechanic

I REALLY wish there was a button to transform. Solid game though.
Really liked the idea, pictures and puzzles!
Pretty hard though, got to time everything correctly
I loved this game! Really solid puzzle mechanic and executed super well. I would say my only nit is I'd like to be able to manually plant myself into a block instead of just staying still. I feel like it would still have a fun challenge but be a bit more nice to control.
You deserve a good rating just for how good that cover art is. Great game, clever idea, turning into a block should be a little faster :)
This was really fun! I only played 4 levels because I got angry from how fast the guy was walking! :(
Great idea and fun puzzles. I would prefer for the dirt to turn into it's block form faster tho.
I like puzzle platformers! Usually making one tiny little mistake results in your death, but its alright!
Completed all the levels. The intro cutscene is funny, well done. The animation of the block settling down is entertaining.
I appreciate how intricately the levels are crafted, with weaving paths. But I agree with others that it feels picky and frustrating to have such tight timing.
Really cute! As other people are pointing out, the main issue is the timing that forces you to memorize instead of figure out the puzzles on the fly. But great use of the theme, a wonderful jam game overall!
Nice concept and execution, the art is amazing and its very fun trying to figure out the puzzles.
I wish there was a button that let's me control when I can "go down" though
Fun concept for a puzzler, but having to stand still for a second before transforming really ruins it for me, since press "d" a second to long? failed start again, stand to close to the guy? failed try again, and then when you do know that this run is dead you can only wait until the guy slowly walks into spikes since there's no reset key
The puzzles aren't bad and the concept is neat, it's just that this single nitpick does a lot to slow the game down
Regardless, you've still done a very good job, the transformation animation is amazing, the music adds so much without getting in the way and the puzzles are easy to read and figure out what you need to do
and as a final level design nit pick, maybe add mushrooms in the overworld before the player can add a mushroom on top of their head? that intro was a bit unclear, it would've taken a while to figure out if I didn't have experience with other games with bouncy mushrooms
cool concept for a game!! although im a bit confused by the controls, it might help to introduce mechanics one at a time and in a safe environment for the player, but the art is hilarious i love gigachad dirt he is so funny
