The idea is really awesome and unique. The effects, visuals, and sound are all top notch. The only complaint that I really have is that the camera feels kind of slippery to control.
Actually a big brain idea to be the camera man. Also, loved the detail of the player changing color
I loved the idea! Pretty funny concept.
The color changing details are cool too.
I found pretty clever using a recording of yourself playing the level as the character we have to follow. However, having to memorize the exact movements of the path can be difficult at some points of the level.
I love the idea, the visual style and the controls of the camera.
The only thing I had a problem with was that it felt more like I just had to learn what the player does instead of adapting quickly. Maybe having some kind of indicator where they'll go next would change that.
Great game nonetheless. Keep it up!
I love the idea; you've introduced some nice wrinkles into making this challenging and interesting. I like the slippiness of the camera; I can feel my cameraperson stopping and desperately trying to turn around.
Great art style, I love that the overall color scheme changes on each refresh - this kept me wanting to try again and again.
I'm not sure if this is a pre-recorded movement or if it's an AI, but I'd like to see some variation on how it approaches the stage (either a few different recordings or having the AI have some coin-flip decisions). I like this game as a reactionary experience, but currently I feel like I should just be working on memorizing it's route.
Very cool idea, the visuals made the concept that much more fun!
I'm so sorry Lakitu that we all judged you back in the day -- we didn't know
XD, respect to all the camera people out there
That was fun! Nice job with creating the AI movement, and the coins gave you a sense of where the player was going which was key, so much fun, great game!
YO this is fun as heck, really addictive, good job!
I had a blast playing this! The controls feel slippery and adds to the difficulty as it's hard to stop on a dime when the "player" doubles back. That said, I think dialling back the slippiness just a bit might help as sometimes it felt a bit too out of control.
Great idea! However, the IRL player controlling the camera is not completely "Roles Reversed". But great visuals and music! Check out mine too
Very fun and original idea! The cameraman can be a bit tough to control tho... But I just love the particles when the player dies lol.
Really great execution of the concept! Very hard, but the game feel is very nice. It's fun to try to trial-and-error figure out exactly what unpredictable path the AI will take
I had a lot of fun with this! High Score: 92. Unfortunately the AI decides to do the same moves every time xD. If it didn't do the same things every time though, I could easily see myself get addicted in playing this!
Thanks for playing! The thing is it's not an AI, it's just a recording of me playing as the character :P
Ohhhh that's a crazy idea! It is really creative :) The problem is still there but it's cool knowing that I am trying to capture your gameplay xD
Wonderful and fun idea, I didn't think this game would be so fun and challenging.
Very creative idea, but a bit hard
Omg, this game is very original and fun
really great idea, really great game, very difficult because of how much the camera slides around
as usual, I drastically underestimate how difficult my game is!
Love the spin! Also cool that the colour gets randomized every round. It's just small touches like this that make me think: "nice ^^"
loved it
