A neat little puzzle-platformer game overall and I dig the visuals too! The controls were a little tricky at the start but I did get the hang of it.

Developer

controls should be fixed after the jam!

Submitted(+1)

Very nice visuals! It does feel off that  the rocks have to be in the bubble in order for you to bounce off of it.

Developer

well otherwise you would just fall through then wouldnt you...

I like the idea, the art, and the sound. But I don't like how the game screen doesn't fit on full screen.

Amazing. Great overall.

fun, the art style is on point too!

Nice visuals and gameplay, but I don't see how this fits the theme.

Thrown rocks flying through the walls also seem strange.

Developer(+1)

lmao forgot to code that

Submitted(+1)

That was fun and you had some unique mechanics! definitely needs some more levels, and i think that one level where you have to quickly position the rocks to make the jump to the door should be last cause it was the hardest

What an interesting take on the game jam theme! Love love LOVEE the aesthetics and sound design, very well done!

Developer

thanks so much! sounds were a lot of fun to make and im so glad you liked the art!

the game is fun but really REALLY hard

Submitted(+1)

I really like the swap mechanic, but the rock throwing is a bit annoying.

Developer

yeah seems to be a general consensus. kinda wanted them to be enemies of some sort so i could fit the theme

Fun little puzzle game. Didnt really understand the point of the boulders throwing rocks, that was a bit frustrating

Submitted(+1)

Nice use of a swap mechanic to fit the theme, we went for something similar! It was hard with the rocks shooting you, but I thought there were clever puzzles throughout!

Submitted(+1)

well done, the game is very good, and the art is amazing, but I didn't like the controls.

Usually, I use "space" to jump, not no swap it made the game way harder for me.

Developer

yeah, honestly i can see how it is diffcult for players to play and having W as the jump key was a mistake. Thanks for playing!

Submitted(+1)

I like it!  I had a vaguely similar mechanic, except you become the enemies instead of just swapping places.

Fun puzzle mechanics, but the rocks shouldn't be shooting you, the controls are challenging to get the hang of alone, and the rocks make it much harder. I loved the Goose. Good art too!

After level 6 the screen turned black and I wasn't able to move on. Not sure if that was the end or not but I think it was a bug.

Developer(+1)

unfortunately there was a game-crashing bug after level 6 and I wasn't able to fix it in time. Thanks for playing and yeah, I should have used another key to swap. Space was just my go-to for coding and I guess I never changed it lol

This was an interesting puzzle game. However, I have one problem. Getting used to the swapping mechanic is hard enough, so I don't think the rocks should be shooting you. That's just me though. The game had good graphics and presentation anyways.

Cool mechanics and nice graphics
