Love the idea, and especially love the art style! Well done!
Thanks!
I'd say great idea! But sadly i couldn't play because of some issue :( (idk).
Thanks! Sorry to hear you ran into an issue. Kind of curious what it is ngl.
I can't move around :(
Ohhh, that's weird... Not sure why that's happening. I can’t make any changes rn since it's a jam game but I appreciate you letting me know! It could be an issue with a different operating system, or maybe the controls? The game uses arrow keys maybe you were using WASD instead? Thanks for the reply and sorry for the inconvenience ;(
Really creative! Art is fun and the controls are nice and neat. I would add some melodies next time, not always the same notes .
Thanks for the feedback! More melodies would basically make it a bit like a music making software, lol!
Could combination of music and platforming!
Thanks!
Cute idea, the last two puzzles were especially interesting. Sometimes, playing a note where one had existed before seemed to spawn another platform, but we couldn't figure out when exactly that happened. Overall, pretty simplistic, but definitely shows potential. Might be interesting to have this use at least a pentatonic scale and maybe make it more action focused? Not sure though.
Thank you for the feedback! I considered using a pentatonic scale and try to do stuff with chords to create different effects, like making the game darker or lighter, or even altering platforms. But I kept the scope small so I could finish on time.
Nice idea to interpret the theme as musical scales.
Yeah, I'm kind of surprised that the music approach is rare in the jam (I think)
creative take on the theme! rather easy however :)
Thanks! I'm stupid I don't know how to make levels It does have a pretty easy difficulty curve. But I'm glad you found the theme interesting! :)
very creative and fun, wish it was a little harder and challenging!
Thank you! glad you enjoyed it, I appreciate the feedback
simple and cute!
Thanks! :D
Usually I try to leave some useful comments (suggestion) but this I'm speechless, just amazing, would love to see it expanded!
Wow, thank you so much! I'm really glad you enjoyed it. Your words means a lot! :)
very cool realisation of the theme, cute art, greate job. It was a lot of fun to play!
Thank you so much! I’m really glad you had fun playing!
loved the cute art, levels took a while to ramp up but I liked the puzzle/gimmick levels, I think they subverted the gameplay in a nice way!
Thanks for playing! Appreciate your thoughts!
Really unique game - I had a lot of fun playing it!
Thanks for checking it out!
Lovely looking game, I especially enjoy the cutesy art style and consistent colour pallete, as well as the nice transition effect, well done! :)
Thank you! I think the transitions look like PowerPoint presentations but it adds to the charm right?
Super cool game! I loved the little twists towards the end, it took me a while to figure out what to do. Great spin on the idea :)
Thank you for the kind words! :D
This was a fun concept and nicely executed. And I appreciated the tutorial!
Really happy you liked it. I’m honestly surprised by how much you all like the tutorial, but it means a lot!
A lot of games I have played in the jam gave little or no indication how to play, it's nice not having to figure it out myself! hahaha
I really like the tutorials. It was very simple yet effective & to the point!
Thank you so much! Took me only 1 minute to make but happy you liked it
Cool game, cool style. Nice unique mechanic. First jam game I have seen that went the "musical scale" route.
Glad you liked it! I'm surprised this is the first music-themed game you’ve found out of 7,706 entries. Thanks for checking mine out!
Very cool concept!
Thanks :)
This is a really fun and simple game with great art and mechanics. I honestly think this could be a full game if you develop it further.
Thanks a lot! I'm stupid so I can't expand it, but I’m glad you think it has potential!
