It was a little bit harder than I thought but I really enjoyed it. The art and the style is top

Wow, this is so cool! We brainstormed a similar idea before settling on our game but this knocked the idea out of the park.

Love the toon shading and everyone likes a thiccc apple.

My only gripe was how hard it was to line up sometimes. Maybe moving the camera slightly with the character would help?

Well done though!

The style of this game is great! I think it was a little too hard to align the fruits and veggies to the holes because of the camera angle, so tweaking that might improve the experience. Solid entry overall though!

Super polished entry and very cute and awesome graphics and style.  Sounds are great too. Just lots of fun.

this is really fun and cute. i loved how the life system is like contestants. I am now much more aware of my terrible depth perception :3

I got a big smile when I saw the game
The art is really nice
The audio is fitting

It's kind of hard to play with the perspective, maybe use an orthographic camera? (just an idea)
Or the camera to move with the player
You could also try to make it better by having the shadow be in front of you, to see ahead of time if you're well aligned or not

I feel like the possibility of scaling the characters kinds of defeats the idea of having different fruits with different shapes
The score is a nice idea, but I think you need a leaderboard to actually make it work well

This was a lot of fun! Reminded me of a Mario Party minigame with the way all the little fruits were lined up to take their turn. Sometimes it was a little tough to judge the depth of my character, but overall this was a really charming entry. Nice job!

Hard to tell the hitboxes at times and the audio stressed me out TToTT but other than that super cute concept!!!

Love the concept. Cute apple cheeks are my favorite!

It reminds me of the good times of watching those japanese game shows and having fun!

Great submission!

Hard at times to evaluate the hitboxes but that is honestly the only feedback I can give, best game I played so far!

Means a lot! <3

The art style is amazing! Loved the vibes. The game is surprisingly hard though, it's hard to tell where to line up with the outline horizontally and why I would get hit at times. I even tried just always being the smallest size and it didn't help haha

Developer

Tysm for the comment! The difficulty does escalate quite quickly lol

I like the game idea, the story, the artwork, the models, and the animations. Chat said the carrots are intimidating. At first, I thought that I cloud be small and always win but then realize that my size influences the score, and that's clever, but it was not immediately obvious that that was the case.  I have a hard time telling depth so it would help if camera follows behind and tracks the fruit because there were times I got hit and did not know why. (LOVER_DRIVE) suggested try switching between ortho/perspective cams

Thank you so much for the review! Will definitely adress the things that you mentioned in the future <3
