Cute and cozy. I love seeing more Pikmin/Overlord style games!
Cute and cozy, nice music and art support, simple mechanics and a good take on the theme. I like it a lot!
Stuff I think may use some improvement: Wish there was a bit more content. Especially, with the isometric camera, there's scope for a lot of mechanics.
I hope you flesh out the game after the jam!
So cute! Love spreading out the little guys to collect food and the cute little sound effects. Great game! :)
Very creative, gave me some great Pikmin vibes! I would have loved to see greater variety in puzzles, but this was really cool! Stuff like enemies that repel the little slymes, or keys that unlock certain gates, or areas that you can't reach directly but maybe the slimes could, etc.
Holy cow! This is an ambitious project for a jam. Great job!
Adorable Creature following my bidding? I'm in!! Good Game!
I really like the art of the trees, rocks, plateaus etc. Cute game. Thanks for letting us play!
Very sweet and chill game) I like the sound, music and visual style. This game is very comfy) You play and relax. I finished the level and wished there was more to it. More levels, more challenge. Maybe some enemies, or obstacles. But core gameplay is fun and I enjoyed it) Great work! )
a very nice concept the main mechanic was enjoyable when I figured it out
It´s very funny to me the concept of someone slapping Slymin silly. I wish I could see the slappage action and maybe slap back hahaha. But I understand the time constraints and overall for what it is is a smooth chill game.
but now I know that at least two people want to see some sort of enemy encounter so I gotta add it ;)
Fun chill game, controls are okay even though they're tilted a bit by the perspective. I like the music and the sound effects. Since I haven't seen enemies around I was expecting some kind of boss, or confrontation/scene at the end based on the number of slymes collected, I wanted to slap Bjorn back :). But fun little experience, nicely done.
Cool game!
If you want to have orthogonal controls, but still tilt the camera off axis, I'd recommend doing what RUINER does and tilt the camera closer to 22.5° instead of 45°
Thanks :D
Very well made. Good job, had quite a good time.
Wow... Really nice game... The controls are well made, the slimes look nice and overall the game is enjoyable. I loved the option menu that let you modify the sounds (the dialogue slider I didn't understand for what it was supposed to control, because there weren't real dialogues in the game except the first time when the slime speak with us... because of that maybe adding the dialogue to the SFX slider should be better and easier for the player). One more aspect in the game is that it was nice and all, but it was quite boring for not having some enemies and some of them may destroy you if you have a smaller number of slimes than him.
But the game is good. Maybe it is still in development and maybe you had only 24 hours or more, so I won't say anything more about the game. Good job!
finally, someone that had the guts to be honest and say exactly what I was thinking!
The game is empty and devoid of things to do. Itbecame more or a tech demo to help me understand how to start coding the behavior. I had to do this one alone and a few time felt directionless since I kept changing the idea trying to figure out what I could do with the time left since my artist/designer was not available.
Thank you for the sincere and truthful comment. I appreciate a fellow dev who can speak truth while being polite/nice about it :).
Thanks! I am glad you liked it... I am a chill dude ad sometime I write in my reviews that I am not mad after playing the game, but there is a specific problem that need to be fixed as soon as possible. I saw you writing a rating to a game that I rated and when I saw your submission on this game jam I said that maybe I should try your game (sometime when I posted a game on a game jam, some devs rated my games and I also rated their games, but there were instances were I rated some games but didn't hear back from those devs). So good job on the game. If you did it solo I give you credit for the incredible art-style. Hope to see more of your games soon. :D
No the art is not mine, I haven't posted credit to where credit is do. I only programmed things :D lol thanks
It doesn't really matter, because those models aren't that hard to make... Good job!
cute little game :)
Love me some slime action.
The music fits the cute 3D style and the itch page is great(except when the slime is talking, made my ears bleed lol). I do think you should have gone with a regular top-down movement. overall-pretty fun!
Very cute, not much to it, and everything moved a bit slow for my liking, but I liked all the lil guys going wohoo and yippee
Fun game! Reminds me a bit of Pikmin. It took me a bit to realize how to get through the fences, I kept trying to throw things at them xD. Overall, I really enjoyed it!
That's because it is inspired by Pikmin (Sly-min, get it!?) lol
Lol that went right over my head! I'm still trying to catch up on sleep from this thing!
Great game, I liked the art style. The controls were a bit confusing, but I got used to it quickly. Good job!
Really cute game. I love the isometric style.
