Fun take on the theme! Movement felt a bit unintuitive with the keyspread but got into a groove once I got the hang of it. Enjoyed the dialogue too!
The intro cinematic is nice. I was quite confused by the controls at first and had to restart to find it in the phone message which I initially skipped.
The premise of the game looks interesting and the visuals for the upgraded shots looks nice.
Overall a pretty fun game! Great work!
Oh god, totally love it. Great work with the visuals. The game is very fun and doesn't bore even on 4th playthrough.
Love the game! It's so fun, although there wayyy tooo many enemies hahaha, i got stuck in the room with many ledges not sure if that was supposed to be a boss fight
thanks for playing! Yeah you go all the way to the right in the room with many ledges and that triggers the boss fight! You just missed it I think :(
This is dope actually. Not a huge fan of the controls for diagonal jumping but it works. The blood and sound is super satisfying when you kill enemies.
Great visuals, nice work!
love the retro feel and the controls were interesting! Very fun overall great job
cool game! the enemies projectiles might be too fast to dodge
The controls here are really unique and it took me a while to get used to it. Fun game, I really like the aesthetic! Good job!
Thanks for playing, glad you enjoyed it!
Ok, you got me. I was attracted by the goofy title and the game behind it did not disappoint. I definitely expected a lot of climbing games with the theme of this jam, but I did not expect this. I appreciate the retro aesthetic of the game and there's a lot of charm in the way you told the story through the older-style phone. I've never played a control scheme of WASD + QEZC, so kudos on that as well. It didn't take too long to adapt and I think the controls were a net positive to the game. All in all, I love the uniqueness and I appreciate your humor!
Glad you liked it! Thanks for playing :)
