perfect little idle game! i was often unsure if something didn't work or if i understood it wrongly, but the reward with the bell kept you going
This was way more addictive than I think it should've been. The ambience is amazing, and there really was a nice feeling every time the chime went off when something completed. Would love to see a post-jam version with visuals to better immerse into the ridiculous setting. Nice work!
I really liked this game, thought it had and addictive progression. And I loved the atmospheric sounds! Nice work!
I liked the clicker idea but was unclear of the final goal, the UI and visual is very clean. All and all it's a cool game !
I LOVE games like this, reminds me sooo much of a Dark Room! You did a great job with the mood of the game, and I was always excited to see what the next log entry was going to be. Awesome game :)
Woo I love A Dark Room! I've always liked those more atmospheric clicker/idle games
Not quite my type of game but I enjoyed what I played! Perfectly unsettling atmosphere. Seems like there is a lot of empty space in the middle of the screen that would be used for the other resource tabs instead of needing to switch to them by click imo
The best part about the writing in this game is what you don't say. Why do I need a device to detect the temperature of the mist? What's going on with the mist?! But now that there's a device that can tell me the temperature, that makes me think I really want to know it.
This game is really slow though. I know that's par for the course in idle games, but in a Jam setting I have other games to play so stretching out the runtime isn't a good thing unless you have enough content to back it up. I stopped playing around when I got three turbines and a scrap extruder because I had no idea what they did and did not know how to move forward. I thought maybe they generated Power for me (whatever that does), but my power started to go down after I bought another generator.
Really unique environment and setting that does a lot with very little. But the gameplay didn't spice things up enough for me.
Thanks for the detailed feedback! Yeah it definitely needs more explanations about what to do/what is going on :D I'll try add more stuff to do post jam if I have time!
This is a really great game! It's very satisfying getting a new log entry pop up after figuring something out.
This had me hooked for a solid 30 min! Great execution on an idle game. The SFX that play when you unlock a new milestone really tickled my brain, and I like how you weaved in world building elements in the log as well.
interesting concept. i was kinda bored after some time but overall a pretty cool game
The theme and the music are really cool, it has a lot of mood for a clicker/incremental game!
it has some solid ideas for an incremental game, but i wish you had time to expand the ideas even more!
